The food was really good the service was fantastic. We brought our toddler son and he was causing a bit of a seen but the host was amazing and made us feel really welcomed.

Well I went to visit a friend this past weekend and she raved about a new place she ate at and suggested we go so I could check it out. I have managed bars and restaurants for over 30yrs, Owned my own restaurant and I enjoy checking out new places. Wiarton Roadhouse you did not disappoint. We were only going out for dinner and ended up staying for 3hrs. It was Saturday night that we went it was open mic with Chris who was not just an entertainer but our waiter aswell. Come to find out He manages the place, apparently a jack of all trades in the little place. He was amazing a couple of hiccups but he flew by them with no problems at all and kept on going with ease and a huge smile on his face. Our food was out before we knew it hot and oh my goodness it tasted wonderful. We got to meet the chef who was super friendly aswell. He and Chris made a great team. Thank you both so much for the great service entertainment and food it made my weekend. I will DEFINITELY be back. Keep doing what you are doing and I am sure things will continue to do well. My only advise to you is as much as your focus will be on making all your customers happy Know that there will be times you just can not, learn from the errors and keep positive. It's a stressful business but an enjoyable one. Just know Chris if I had of met you 8 yrs ago I would have convinced you and your family to move for you to come manage my place. It was our first time here and we got the fish n chips and I hate to say how horrible it was. The fish batter was way over cooked and had no life to it and the fish inside looked like a frozen fillet that look very dried out.. I was so disappointed especially for 27 dollars I expected more of a larger portion with the fries and we didn't even get lemon or tartar sauce either which was such a huge disappointment 😔 Sorry to say we won't be going back.

Just passing through Wiarton and looking for a quick take-out to get us on our way. What a gem of a place we found, well worth a visit...service was quick and pizza was awesome! New owner/manager was very welcoming and friendly....and quite the musician also! Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

This place somehow got a 4.6-star, not sure how. Ordered cheeseburgers with fries, and the beef patty was if the frozen type. Not what I wxpect for an $18 burger. The lettuce was very wilted. The buns were cheap. There was so much mayo that it was gross. The patty kept sliding out due to the thick triple layer of mayo. Very cheap tasting burger. The fries weren't great, I didnt finish them. Then theres the annoying karaoke background music. Definitely won't be back,it was a disappointment for my entire family.

Passing through Wiarton at dinner time and stopped in for a bite to eat. Apperance was nothing fancy but the food was surprisingly good. The breaded wings were the best we've had in a long time. Cheeseburger and fries was great too. Everything cooked to perfection!

Met one of the owners, Dipanshu – truly a grounded and passionate individual who brings warmth and personality to the place. The food? Absolutely top-notch. Every bite spoke of quality and care. What stood out even more was the genuine hospitality – the kind that stays with you long after the meal is over. We even overheard strangers raving about their experience nearby! If you’re ever in town, make sure this spot is on your list. Local charm, memorable food, and heartwarming service – they’ve got it all.

I must take the opportunity to rate and appreciate Dive In Eatery and the work they are doing. I met one of the owner of this restaurant, Dipanshu. He is such a humble and an awesome person and runs his restaurant in a beautiful manner. Not just the food is excellent but the customer service is fabulous. It just exceeds your expectations. Also to mention not just me I found some passerby’s after our meal in downtown and were also praising their food. If you are visiting Wiarton I strongly recommend to stop by and have food here and you will be amazed. Keep up the great work. 👍🏻

Never judge a book by it's cover is the perfect Adagio for this place. The place has good reviews which made us try this place. We went there during lunch time and were a bit surprised by the humble settings. But the food really knocked out socks off. The food was really good. The have a fusion kind of menu. If we are ever in this area we will stop by again
