Absolutely horrible sub way… staff was not very nice at all some much so that they even refused to make eye contact… I don’t exaggerate when I say that this subway looked absolutely disgusting I mean literal flies were sitting on my bread please don’t go to this sub way

Want Parking, Don't count on finding anything close to the store. You can count on taking a walk from where you parked your car to get there, especially in the rain or during the winter. Once you get there, don't expect them to help you out with the subway app if you run into any trouble. They would rather you pay full value for what you ordered, without collecting any incentive. For this, they should offer a discount, if this location really wants business from me again. I understand this place has come under new ownership recently. I would recommend for those who want to save themselves the trouble, to go elsewhere like Foodland or try one of the local businesses if you want a really good Sandwich. For those who don't mind the poor customer service and want to pay without incentives, this place is for you. You can clearly see that Subway in Wiarton does not take the reviews seriously, maybe those who are considering where to eat on their travels through Wiarton hopefully will, by avoiding this place.

The training of the staff needs to be taken care of. They do not know how to manage the customers and gives Aurgument only . subway should look into the matter as Owner is ignorant. There were no manager or supervisor on the duty who can answer the customer.

Worst Subway we’ve ever entered. The quality of the food was awful, the restaurant itself was dirty. They closed the bathrooms on a Sunday when tourists were driving through, so my son had to run to Tim Hortons. Strongly recommend avoiding this place.

We had breakfast sandwiches and taken out 2 Subs for lunch. It was an excellent test.😘

Extremely Disappointed with Service
Placed an online order and selected a specific bread for my sandwich. When I arrived to pick it up, they had substituted the bread without even contacting me. When I politely brought it up, instead of offering to remake the sandwich with the correct bread or offering any kind of solution, the staff member told me to “just cancel the order online” and pay for a new one if I wanted it fixed.
Absolutely unacceptable. I expect better from Subway — especially when it comes to basic customer service. If you’re going to make changes to someone’s order, the least you can do is notify them and try to resolve it when they bring it up. I left with the wrong order and no help. They should have contacted us or waited until we arrived to make the sandwich. Apparently, they only had white bread. I don’t understand how it’s acceptable for Subway to not have other kinds of bread. Also, if you didn’t have the bread, you shouldn’t have accepted the order in the first place.
Avoid this location at all cost. They will substitute your food items without even notifying you.

I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The associate who served me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had clearly provided specific instructions for my Subway sandwich, but they were completely ignored. Not only did the staff member rush through the process without listening, but the sandwich was poorly made and missing key ingredients I had requested.
When I tried to politely clarify my order, the associate responded with a bad attitude and seemed irritated. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand like Subway. I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

I clearly mentioned in my mobile order what kind of bread i need, still they made something else, and also missing items in it…very cold sandwich..not recommended
