I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. The associate who served me was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had clearly provided specific instructions for my Subway sandwich, but they were completely ignored. Not only did the staff member rush through the process without listening, but the sandwich was poorly made and missing key ingredients I had requested.
When I tried to politely clarify my order, the associate responded with a bad attitude and seemed irritated. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand like Subway. I left feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

We came to make a custom order for a few sandwiches, but one of the workers, I believe an Indian guy with dark skin and black hair, wouldn’t remove his gloves when the group before us had meat and we were entirely vegetarian. Had to request him to replace his gloves, but he gruffly replied instead of giving us all the respect. The toppings were correctly placed, by an Indian lady who was very kind and brief, and also labeled the sandwiches. Good food but the service definitely needs improvement, especially in hygiene.

They never have the food ready on time, and the order is NEVER right! My wife is headed back again to pick up the rest of our order. These new owners and employees SUCK! buy a business in town, fire all the locals and employ people that can't even manage to make a sandwich right! Great business plan! Never going back.

I don't go here often but it was 8:30pm and I had a hunger on. Was during work. Needed to be quick. No time to turn around. Was served the saltiest sandwich. Completely inedible. I would have been better off at Timmy's and that is saying something. Not recommended. Was also expensive for a sandwich and a choco milk. $18+. Waste of money. Sandwich artist? I think not.

I went here very hungry with my grandma and her friends daughter after a long stressful day. I ordered my usual pizza sub that I always get, and I'm not even kidding you when I got in the car and started taking the wrapping off the sub I had grease all over my hands, before I even started eating it i felt like I needed to wash them, I looked at the paper and the sub itself and their was literally more grease then 2 big macks from mcdonalds, if i wanted greasy fast food i would have went to mcdonalds, NOT SUBWAY. mind you it was cold after asking for it heated, and the bread looked old.
the bed service i ever get here , staff was really rude and unfriendly , receive our oder after 45 minutes late super late , never make mistake to stop on this place .
