My boyfriend and I went when they first opened and it was amazing! This past summer we decided to bring visiting family, but unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The food made both myself and my brother-in-law sick for the rest of the night. It seemed possibly frozen or store-bought and not kept heated properly. The open-mic was a nice idea, but it was uncomfortably loud, that you couldn’t hear the group you came with. I’d recommend going back to the quality they originally offered

Worst dining experience! we were visiting Tobermory, decided to dine at this place. We sat indoors; when we were surrounded by flies we decided to leave. But we were tired from a long day, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered Nachos, blackbean burger and cauliflower bites. Everything was a waste. Nachos were as if they emptied the bag of plain nachos and poured melted cheddar cheese on the top. The layers below it were just dry nachos. The burger was $18 but there was nothing, no sauce, just a patty and buns. The cauliflower bites were not fried properly, the batter tasted raw and gross. On top of that, my son ordered Draft beer and it was served in disposable flimsy cup. the drinks we ordered were felt served from tetra packs. The cutlery is all disposable; what a dining experience :(

The moment I walked in, the warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately made me feel comfortable. Now, let’s talk about the food—especially the chicken wings. I can honestly say these were the best chicken wings I have ever had! They were perfectly cooked, with a crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful meat inside. The seasoning was spot-on, balancing just the right amount of spice and flavor without being overpowering. It’s clear that a lot of care and attention goes into every dish at this restaurant.

Food was good but - the staff here needs more cultural training before being hired, or cultural training per year for all staff. Sitting for 45 minutes without being served and everyone else that came in after us being served, none of the waiters checking in, and not offering specials to us while offering specials to all the other families who were Caucasian/Fair skin is quite a discriminating feeling. For a restaurant to be so close to a Reserve, and on Original People’s Land I think Cultural Training is vital for all the staff and would be greatly appreciated.

Showed up on a Tuesday night around 630pm. We were seated inside and the waitress took our order of a taco salad and 1 pound of chicken wings. After 25 mins the waitress came to us and asked us if we wanted the bill to pay and we told her we had not gotten any food yet. 45 mins had gone by and I went to find the waitress to see where our food was because my 1 year old was getting hungry…. She went to check the kitchen and came back and said “I’m so sorry but they lost your bill so no food has been made yet….” Unfortunately we won’t be back.
