Shops like this are what give tims a bad name these days. Employees don't care, food is made like trash. Management does nothing to try and fix things

Tim Hortons never disappoints! The coffee is always fresh and hot, the donuts and pastries are amazing, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and comfortable, perfect for a quick stop or a relaxing break. Definitely one of my favorite spots — highly recommended!

Got 2 wraps for $7 . Recently they launched Chicken ranch and spicy chicken if i’m not wrong. Yeah so try them out and stop by for a quick coffee break

They have signs to use the touch screen to place your orders, but they don’t say where the machines are so people just get in line and place their orders. Theirs a bigger line up at the drive thru, much better to get your stuff inside.

My wife and I attended this location today. We went through the drive through. We ordered 2 Everything Bagels toasted with cream cheese. 1 Earl Grey Tea, 1 Dark Roast Coffee. When we got to the window we were told that there wasn't any Everything Bagels so we opted for Sesame Seed Bagels. I scanned my Tim's app and paid for my purchase. We were given our drinks right away. Then came the Bagels. Just as I was pulling away the boy at the window told me that my wifes debit card had been declined! Impossible! We check our bank account daily! Then we had to wait for quite some time and then I used my debit card and it was fine! We informed the boy at the window that we have a joint bank account! He finally admitted that the debit machine had frozen! So my wife's card had not, in fact been declined. Upon eating our Bagels we noticed that there was hardly any cream cheese on either one of them! Very poor service!

Why do you put rotten black lettuce on my turkey bacon sandwich? You probably don’t care. Why is this Wiarton location never have any maple dipped or Canadian maple doughnuts? Hepworth and Owen Sound have them.
Fastest Tims I’ve ever been to. Went there two mornings in a row and ordered full breakfasts and there was no wait at all. The staff were also very nice and friendly
