We ordered 2 different flat pizzas and mine wasn’t cut, I asked knife and the lady who was working threw it to other counter ? I observed all workers there while I was eating, barely smiled and not happy to work.

Totally disgusting and unprofessional customer service. I waited 20 minutes for my potato wedges and none of the crew members acknowledged me waiting so after 13 minutes I decided to go ask one of the employees then she told me it will take another 4 minutes since wedges are in the oven. I checked on both the counters and decided to go ask the lady who took my order. She was super rude and told me that my wedges have been sitting there from. 20 minutes in a very rude manner. But howcome your other employee telling me it’s going to take another 4 minutes??? The wedges on the counter were iced cold and I threw them right in the garbage. When we approached her for refund she was not willing to give us the refund. After back and forth of arguing with no apology, we have asked for a manager. She then made us wait another 5 minutes just to speak to a manager. No apologies, no receipt and the money was thrown in my hands like it was my mistake. The total experience made me feel some sort of racism. I would like a higher manager to contact me.

I am standing in line, waiting for my turn, my turn reach at 2:58 and she denied to serve me and asked to join another line where already 5 customers standing in line, she said that's not my problem, I am done for a day. No respect for customer at all. Not recommended at all.
