We were here back in September 2024 to do some hiking and exploring and were really pleased with these accomodations. The room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfy, and the bathroom was clean with good water pressure in the shower. Parking was right in front of our room and everything was quiet. The diner next door served amazing food and our server was lovely. I believe her name was Karen? We'd definitely stay here again.

Great little motel at a reasonable price. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant was lovely, very welcoming kind service and great diner food. Plus only place open on a Sunday morning while we were there!

Big, clean rooms:) Really big! Not fancy, but all you need for a great stay. Rooms have patio doors that open onto a semi-private patio, & a really great backyard. Tons of chairs, and all the fixings for a fire pit. Both our hostess, Alicia, and the other regular employee we spoke to, Dan, were warm, helpful, welcoming, accommodating, and extremely pleasant. When confronted with the crowds and prices when staying in Tobermory, it was an easy choice to make the 55min drive back and forth, and stay here in Wiarton. Would stay here again:)

Nearby activities: One hour from Tobermory, Lion’s Head, & Singing Sands, and some of the best stargazing of your life. Minutes from The Corran Ruins, & the big Willy statue.
Safety: We were two women, & felt perfectly safe:)
