Freshest Chinese Food I have ever had! Portions were good and service was lovely

When Wiarton Inn first opened I was blown away by the quality of their food. Years later and I'm thinking maybe a change in ownership has really affected the quality of the food because tonight's dinner was terrible. The wings were deep fried in burnt oil, the fried rice was burnt as evidenced by the black onions, the General Tao's chicken was almost inedible because it was like chewing jerky and the Singapore noodles were just horrible and almost unrecognizable. To add insult to injury the bill came to 104.00 WITH a 10% discount, apparently I was using an outdated menu because I totaled dinner at $68 according to our menu.

The bird nest was very crunchy. So the baked banana. The chocolate ice cream on top was very good as well. Creamy... 😋

Comfortable seating and beautiful surroundings. The patio space is elegant and shaded. My beer was icy cold and the service was friendly. We tried the vegetable spring rolls and they were delicious. A huge portion that I'm sure was homemade, so good. General Tao chicken was also very good.

A great little restaurant with a nice patio. We have had take out as well as dine in meals. Lots of choices on the menu. Food always tastes very fresh. The owners are lovely people too. Definitely recommend stopping here when you visit Wiarton.

Acceptable food quality. However, it is expensive.

Service was fast, and they did provide the required cutlery for the take-out order.

Looks like a great place to sit down and enjoy a meal. Unfortunately I'm not often able to do this, but their take-out menu is vast and the food, great. Usually we call an order for pick-up and their always ready to go when we arrive. Very professional and quick.
