I stopped here for breakfast with the family. The service was good - everything we ordered arrived and was cooked. The team was minimal but performed admirably. Quite attentive with the coffee refills. There were two bathrooms in the restaurant, but one was out of order. It was also quite dark outside of the bathroom. A light would be helpful. Overall, it was a decent place to enjoy a meal.
I stopped by this restaurant during Powwow with my kid brother and ordered their tomato soup and mushroom caps. The food is delicious and the family are wonderful folks. If you're visiting Manitoulin Island from inland Ontario, I highly recommend dropping by this place in the rez whenever you have the chance! Also, their livers are amazing!
It was a suturday morning the weekend of their Cultral celebation. They didnt open until 9am. My table was first thru the doors and did not recieve our breky for a half hour. The food was good but we were crunched for time already. I must remind myself that they had a sign that said, expect long wait time.
