Rented a cottage nearby and GF said she wanted to try this place and what a great idea that was, my first time trying polish food from a restaurant and now I'm worried I won't be able to find a place that blew me away like wilnos tavern. If you're also visiting this area, please give their pretzels and sausage a try they are 10/10

Pros: pierogies, mashed potatoes, Whitewater beer, purple cabbage, brie, service
Cons: cabbage rolls, schnitzel
I was so disappointed with the schnitzel. Tasted like it was reheated and very tough.

Excellent home-made meals.
Our waitress said they somtimes go through 400 to 500 perogies every couple of days and that's how often they make them. Every couple of days. Great live music when we were there as well. Got to dance.
A great evening all around.
Thank you.

Visited with my family. Had the prime rib meal and our kids ordered off the kids menu. Food was great and the atmosphere was very welcoming. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Small restaurant and tavern with a large personality. Food is well portioned and delicious. The prices are great. Outside patio is small but always welcomes dogs. Even has frozen dog treats in the summer months for your pup to enjoy whilst you are enjoying some of the best cabbage rolls you'll ever eat. We had the prime rib and it was delightful.

Driven past here for years- when I was kid in the back seat and then as an adult. Well...that won't happen any more! Stopped and ate here...every time I am in the area I will NOT drive by. There will be a stop made.

Came for dinner here in August and again in October. The food is really fresh and tasty. Polish comfort foods that expand in your stomach :). It can be carb heavy but there are many options. Second Saturday of the month they run a buffet, it was amazing and delicious, the pickled herring was spot on, the pwrogies and cabbage rolls were great, lots of veg options from salads to root vegetables, even the squash soup was really fresh tasting. Thanks so much for a great experience! See you next time :)

Typical small tavern atmosphere. Authentic Polich fare, plus much more. Large portions for very reasonable prices.
