Tried to call several times. Phone calls go straight to voicemail. We ordered burgers and indicated all dressed with no BBQ sauce and relish and fries and paid extra for gravy. Received no lettuce no tomatoes no onions, half the gravy container was empty and the fries were cold. I don't believe in writing negative reviews without first trying to remedy with thr business. Please respond with contact info and rectify the situation and I will remove my review as this is not the first time this has happened here. Thank you kindly.

Great service! Quick and friendly! The smoked meat poutine was delicious too. We will definitely be back to try other menu items or grab another poutine.

I got a plain burger and a plain hot dog with some fries and It was hot, tasted fresh and im full. I don't eat out alot but I definitely will be coming back to try some more of there dishes. Thank you. Also the young lady taking your order is professional and nice. I recommend this spot 👌🔥

Prices are gougy expensive, burger was over cooked and the medium poutine is the size of smalls most other places. If they charged these prices in the city no one would go there. Not wasting my money here anymore

The ladies running this stand were so nice.
I asked for gluten free gravy for poutine or fries and they did their best to see if they had any, in spite of people coming up after me and ordering. I had been to Fat Les's in another part of Ontario when I went a # of years ago. That stand had a lot more to offer in gluten free options whereas this one could only offer gluten free gravy on fries or poutine. Either way, their french fries were excellent, and I would go back there any day. Thank you Ladies!!

seen how the franchise owner treats certain staff and personally don’t agree with it and won’t support any locations further. if i could rate lower i would lmao the food is also naaasstyyy

A person that works there might need a refresher on food handling. Was eating an ice cream while prepping our food and touching her shirt. She moved fries from one container to the next, without clean hands. I hope I don’t get sick. Should have asked for it to get remade as it wasn’t a sanitary decision on her part, but was in a rush to go home.

So disappointed. Frequent flyers of the other locations and wanted to give this location a try.. waited 10 minutes and didn’t even get an acknowledgment. Apparently the napkins and standing around are more important than customers.
