My first bite of poutine tonight had a pretty long hair in it, please wear hair nets . I wasn’t able to eat my meal and was disappointed.

Absolutely disgusted with the delivery driver!!! Ordered online for 8pm and the driver delivered it at 7.30. When my mom answered the door she explained politely that it was too early and ordered for 8 for when people arrived home from work. The delivery guy said very rudely “do not give me that attitude” when my mom explained she was only stating it was too early he then said “do you want it or not?” My mom then said no Thankyou he proceeded to stomp away looking my mother up and down as if she had just kicked a puppy. Very very dissatisfied in the driver. Manager was very nice and rectified the problem but I do hope the driver is disciplined for his outrageous behaviour.

On Monday August 26th I called milanos to get a $75.00 gift certificate for my friends who went out of their way to help me with my deck. I gave the gentleman my credit card number and the purchase was approved. I also gave him the couple's name and phone number and was assured that they could order food from them. 2 days ago my friend went into milanos to order food and were told they knew nothing about it. Yesterday I called and was told milanos knew nothing about it. Today I showed them my credit card statement which clearly shows the transaction. They still denied it saying that they don't take credit card payments over the phone. I've had to get the police involved

Decided to try this place again after a few bad orders. I wish I could post a Picture because compared to last time this is marvelous. I got containers of extra dip with my shawarma which places never do. Thank you. Chicken was juicy everything was fresh. Tell your cook he did a great job tonight fries were golden and crispy Def not used to the gravy I think it's chicken but all in all the place ads a lil spin to certain dishes wich I appreciate. Delivery was fast 2. Great ?

Clubhouse burnt and disgusting, gravy is horrible(lumpy, bad taste)
Got burger platter also and i would rather eat dog food than that, get a 1000 times better burger at a truck stop that you have to throw in the microwave.
Stay away from those and maybe you might be OK. I'll never eat there again.
Iron forged has amazing food go there to eat.

It's 10:30 it takes 13 mins to make a pizza and I'm 10 mins away and you won't take an order for pick up? Which I would pick up 17 mins before you close? Why don't u just say u close 30 mins earlier?

I don’t usually say anything about my food because I’m always grateful for workers who spend time making it and delivering it as I myself used to be a fast food worker for many years…but I couldn’t find a contact email to address the manager or whomever and didn’t want to upset anyone over the phone. I thought this long piece of plastic was cheese from my Pom-Pom poutine and it was got stuck in my throat- I pulled it out and tried to rip it apart and heard a snap and realized it was some type of plastic I’m not exactly sure from what tho. I just want to make Milanos aware of this- still like and respect you guys tho!! Thanks!
Milanos pizza place exceeded my expectations in every way. Not only was the pizza delicious, but it was also delivered on time, piping hot and ready to devour. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. The ordering process was seamless, and the delivery staff was friendly and professional. Milanos has definitely earned a permanent spot in my list of favorite pizza joints. I highly recommend giving them a try for a mouthwatering pizza experience delivered right to your door.
