Ordered family size breaded mushroom caps, the container was really tiny and no dip even though it was included, also no dip with the shrimp I ordered.

Why ask what time for delivery when you don't look at it? I don't get break till 6pm now my food will be cold.very disappointed. They don't look at that info.

Had an unfortunate experience. Ordered 3 medium pizzas (one specialty and a medium twins order) Delivery arrived an hour after the order was placed, ok so far, we are in South Mountain, so it works out. However, one pizza was missing, the pizza was lukewarm at best. For the 3 pizzas with delivery (before tip) the bill was over $89. We tipped the driver, but I cannot recommend them after this experience.

Food was excellent, service was great. I would recommend trying their subs are very good. The salad was big for their price definitely worth it. I will definitely come back again!

Messed up the order and the pizza was undercooked.
Nothing to hold together the meatlovers all the toppings fall off.
You'd figure a place named Mr mozzarella would have more cheese to do that but here we are.

stopped by for lunch today, wasn’t open when the sign and online time said it should have been.. no note on the door or anything - perhaps the location has been closed.

My family orders from Mr.Mozzarella on a weekly basis, sometimes multiple times/week. We love the food and the variety. The prices are perfect for our big family and delivery is always here on time.The drivers are friendly and know us by name. We especially love Vicki :)Highly recommend Mr. Mozzarella Winchester

This place is great and the foods are very tasty, especially the poutine. The management staffs are friendly and the service is very fast. The people at the front are very kind. Keep up the good work folks. The atmosphere is very clean.

54.15$ for 2 poutines, a drink and deep fried cheese curds, & a side of marinara dipping sauce. I guess that's the price these days but, still feels like a lot. The receipt I got didn't give me a breakdown of the cost to better understand. We did not have napkins or forks either in our to go bag. Then again, I didn't ask... Just figured for 54.15$, I'd have those items already included in my take out bag. When I do the calculations on their website of everything I ordered, the total comes to $51.66. I guess they accidentally charged us for an extra drink that we didn't ask for, nor did not receive. The restaurant did have a sewage smell, and made the waiting for food unpleasant.

I’ve never had an issue from ordering here. Food is cheap, good, and readily available.Staff are very friendly and flexible. The pizzas are decent but those mozzarella sticks and salads are TO DIE FOR.I’d absolutely recommend this parlour to anybody. delicious.
