I have been to this location a few times very similar experience everytime. I was here again today, and the service is incredibly slow I have tried going through the drive through and going inside, it doesn’t matter your waiting atleast 20minutes. I was here today in the drive through and ordered a medium coffee 2 milk. 20 minutes, I’m not sure if it’s because Tim hortons now serves all kinds of food or its staff, but honestly takes way too long, if you got the day to kill to get coffee or lunch this is the place. If you want to stop quickly forget about it, I could have went home made a full pot of coffee, and drank it in the time I spent sitting in the drive through. The reason it got 2 stars was because the coffee was atleast good lol. Probably only come back if I absolutely have too.

Ordering inside sucks, always have to wait 2-5 minutes to be acknowledged. Went in to try the new Biscoff items, asked if they had the croissant and cashier said yes. Once I had paid, cashier tells me actually they don't have any - didn't offer a refund and just tried to get me to get a lower price item??? (Offered me a donut which is $1 less). The cashiers saying they have an item and but not checking has happened twice now. Don't think I'll be returning to this location. Train your staff to be better.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap x2. Didn’t have crispy chicken so we were ok with grilled, got shredded chicken and no bacon. Getting really tired of this constant inconsistency in service and quality especially when you’re paying $21 for two wraps and a coffee

That's the most disgustingest Tim Hortons I've ever been to. Washroom kitchen in eating area, everywhere is dirty. Washroom is flooded with plugged urinal.
Open 24hrs great service and the place is super clean 👌 The costumer service is AAA+

Visited this location on the morning of Sept 17 The lady taking orders at the front was extremely rude, despite me being polite and saying “please” and “thank you.” I have noticed this multiple times before — her attitude completely changes depending on who is ordering. She is friendly and welcoming with white customers, but starts making faces and acting dismissive when customers from other ethnicities place orders.
This has happened to me at least three times now, and it is simply unacceptable. Everyone deserves to be treated with the same respect, regardless of their background. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses this behavior.

Asked for a cloth to clean our dirty table, employee cut me off saying she was “off.” Asked twice more before finally cleaning it myself.
Tables dirty, flies crawling over donuts and buns, staff didn’t care.
Employees touching their face, moving from cash to food with no gloves or handwashing.
Drinks poorly made: iced capp way too sweet (remade with annoyance, still bad), friend’s latte bitter.
Not enough staff for rush hour: long line, only 2 making food, service very slow.
Regular customers were swatting wasps around us; we ended up taking them outside ourselves.
Overall: Poor service, unsanitary, bad food/drinks, understaffed, unpleasant environment.
