Bad service tonight. Older lady does not listen to customers order say Xtra large end up with large. Does not ask if regular or large soup.

Unfriendly Service and Inflexible Promotions
I recently visited the Tim Hortons location in Winchester, beside the A&W, and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience. I attempted to take advantage of the $1 donut deal when you purchase a coffee, but was hoping to see if I could substitute the coffee for a mocha.
The employee at the drive-thru was unhelpful and dismissive, stating it was "impossible" to accommodate my request. While I understand there may be limitations to promotions, there was no effort made to find a solution or offer an alternative.
To make matters worse, when I reached the window to pay, the same employee rudely asked if I had any change for a $5 bill, as if it was an inconvenience to do her job and process the transaction. Her tone and demeanor were completely unacceptable.
This experience left a very negative impression. Customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect, and this Tim Hortons location failed to meet those basic expectations. I hope management will address this issue and provide better training to their staff on how to properly handle customer interactions.

Filthy bathrooms, filthy sinks, order was not put together properly,
This place used to be wonderful, we have been coming here for decades no problem but now it has gone down.
It seems to be prevalent in most Tim Hortons all over Eastern Canada.

I had a terrible experience the last time I was here, dirty bathrooms and badly made (burnt) food, but I gave them another chance last week and my mind changed just a bit just because of the wonderful care and service from Peggy. She was absolutely awesome. The new employees should learn a thing or two from her amazing customer service skills.
I wish I could give them a better rating but the place could have better cleaning (tables and bathrooms) and more attentive employees.
May go back.🤔

I like coming to this location because they stir my coffee every time. They struggle with having donuts like every Timmy's nowadays, but stirring is a big deal for me. Staff are also noticeably nicer and more cheerful than most Timmy's. Please bring back the Dutchie full time, in large amounts. I'm buying them at foodland right beside ya cuz you never have them

Can't understand any of the employees bad bad service

Normally my go-to, but over the last couple of months, there has definitely been a decrease in the quality as well as the accuracy of orders placed at the drive-thru (including frequent miscommunication due to language barriers).
I honestly don't want this to come across as a "hate-related" post, but I must voice my deep concern about the change in local staff at this location, who have now been joined by newcomers to Canada (TFW/LMIA/PR). I know that this is a common occurrence where Tims is known to hire and exploit a specific demographic of people in order to suppress wages for Canadian born citizens (thanks RBI!). I thought that Winchester was better than that though. If this is going to be the way that this location operates going forward, then I don't think that I will be returning.

I have no idea what's going on at this location but it has gone downhill so bad the last couple months, we've decided its better to stay home and make our own coffee and bagels. 8/10 they screw up our order and after sitting in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes I end up having to go inside and wait another 10 minutes. It just isn't worth it anymore. I get the people that are working there are a little hard of hearing at times but good God...dig the shit out of your ears.
Management really needs to work on this location. There's only one person running inside, creating insanely long wait times and wrong orders. There used to be a lovely lady running it and she did great considering she was the only worker in the front. However she hasn't been there in a while and now the worker running it is stressed and getting orders wrong. They gave us part of our order and forgot the rest of it. I felt bad having to ask for my forgotten coffee since multiple people were getting upset with him for wrong orders or missing items, but we had a tight schedule that was already ruined from our visit. They NEVER cut bagels here and barley spread cream cheese, bagels are also often burnt. And the ladies' washroom is almost always out of service and super dirty to the point of being disgusting and unusable. One time I went both stalls were out of order and people were still using the toilet, it was completely overflowing with waste. There was no sign outside saying not to use the washroom so i think the workers are just too over worked to even check the washroom. This location is going to cause a LOT of burned out workers, literally seems like a nightmare to work there

I placed a mobile order and when asked about it she gave a disgusted look and moved on to the people in line.. ok I get they are in line but the whole point of the app is so I don’t have to wait in line to order. Another employee saw I had an online order and promptly helped me. After which I heard her get scolded. This is embarrassing. As a Tim Hortons, you have to put online orders first it’s company policy. Maybe time for some new staff. This happened at 10:12 Monday September 16th, 2024. I work at the grocery store and only had 15min so that app was beneficial. I’ll go to A&W for anything now on.

Incredibly slow service. On a Saturday, with a long line inside, they had only one register open and seemed more focused on the drive-through. It's frustrating and honestly unacceptable. One of the employees even mentioned they were short-staffed, which seems to be a recurring issue here. Never take customers for granted.
