I used to love this Tim Hortons. It used to be my favourite location and now it is horrible!
-The older lady that sometimes dyes her hair funky colours is always rude no matter how nice you are to her - They stopped toasting their wraps, which is my opinion really impacts the taste. The first time it happened they told me the press was broken and asked me if it was okay. Now they just hand me a cold wrap. A farmers wrap is over 5$ so I would like for it to at least be warm - They are not serving any food the majority of the time now. I went through the drive thru today and asked for a bagel. She informed me that they were not serving food. Mind you I had already waited in the drive thru at least 15 minutes prior to this. I understand them being short staffed but maybe they could put up a sign before you get in line that tells you they aren’t doing food so you can decide. This is nothing against the employees, I understand being short staffed and the lady this morning was super nice. It’s just frustrating to wait to find out you can’t get any food

What a total cluster freak. Staff had already screwed 4 orders before mine. And it didn't stop there. Lady ahead of us said that it's the 3rd time this week at this location with same results. She stopped going to the Tim's 400yds up the road due to food poising more than once. There are enough Tim's outlets that these two in Winchester will never see me in them ever.

The worst service. Older lady making food watched customer line up and wouldn't serve them. They don't care about speed or urgency. Walked out because who gonna stand in line for 10 minute waiting on there way to work terrible 1 star
I come to visit family and this tim hortons always disappoints me the workers are so rude and always are disrespectful when they are supposed to be nice to their customers to keep them coming back. I’d rather the other Tim hortons the service is better. The manager should do better at making sure the workers are respectful.

This is only my second time ever posting a review on Google, but I had to say something! The service at the drive-thru was horrendous. The employee was audibly disturbed when I asked what kind of dipping sauces they had. Then again, very disturbed when I asked what flavours of ‘Sparkling Quencher’ drinks they had. She spoke over me to ask what size of drink WHILE I was saying “medium”. Then when my order was complete (with no dipping sauce because she was so rude the first time that I didn’t want to ask her to repeat them), she just had me sit there and didn’t tell me the total or to drive thru. I was waiting until I realized she was not going to speak again. I drove to the window and she held the machine out for me to tap and passed me my food and drink without saying a word. There was no sauce on my pizza. I returned to ask for a container of pizza sauce to dip my dry pizza in. My Strawberry-Watermelon sparkling quencher was club soda with ice and a touch of red juice just for show - no flavour at all. I will never return.

My steeped tea with 2 milk was so dark it might as well have had none. This will be my last time going to this particular Tim's. Ol' lady at the window is the MOST miserable person I have ever encountered.. practically throws your order at you!!
