As easy as it should be to get to sandwiches...they still continue to get the order wrong. Every visit here requires a turn around and having to go back. Even living local, I will not support this location any longer. No apologies no gesture for the inconvenience...Again ... Wake up!
Spotty service. Just got stuck waiting, to pull up and have an employee open the window, grunt and roll her eyes at me before charging me for the wrong order, having the wrong one ready. The younger employee looked like she was just trying to keep it together, she was thankfully really nice. Don’t think I’ve ever had service that bad.

I had a horrible experience with the old lady with the long hair. She was extremely rude. If she doesn't like people, she shouldn't work with the public

I grab my morning coffee and a muffin or a bagel practically every day. Drive thru is usually quick. Food is consistent. Coffee is usually acceptable. Minor variations between locations.

The staff are very friendly and great customer service...
I've been a regular here for the past 8 months, and while there are some friendly staff, there's one staff member that constantly sets me off in a negative way. As an autistic person, it's very disheartening to have this staff member cut me off while I am ordering, not tell me my total, nor do they let me know to drive up. It is a hassle to grasp certain queues, and this has been a prevalent issue that makes me want to avoid going there at all. It makes a regular comforting routine become a stressful task for me.
The food is fine, but they occasionally get my order wrong. If you plan on going, usually avoid going after 11pm-ish, as that is usually when the unpleasant staff member starts.
For the second time in a year I've had to call Head Office because this ONE location refuses to do the simple thing of putting ketchup on a bagel belt. Laziness? Pettiness? I don't know. But why do all the other locations do it and this one refuses? If I come this way it's because I'm doing a rush emergency delivery from one hospital to another and I did not have a chance to make food at home because of the time limit I have to deliver specimens to the hospital. But I am diabetic. So I grab food here on the way and eat while I drive. I don't have time to pull over and pull apart the sandwich and add ketchup and then reconstruct it and clean up the mess from doing so. I have to grab food and drive. What I carry is time sensitive and needs to get the hospital. But I also don't need a diabetic episode behind the wheel. But I was infuriated with the pettiness here that is rather just not give them my money and risk it.
Unfortunately twice now I had to do without eating. Though for a while they had been compliant with head office, it seems they have now gone back to not doing such a simple request. Im not asking them to build a giant Sandwich with a million different toppings. Just some ketchup. Shocking I know. It's rare but there are some people out there who just can't eat an egg without ketchup. I'm one of those people. But I need protein source to help keep my sugars stable. Going a few hrs after being woken up before 7am for an emergency delivery, I need to eat food. So today I Risked a diabetic episode cuz I refuse to give money to the one location in all of Ontario that won't put on ketchup. This time they blamed head office for telling them not too. I can confirm that is a lie. It is the manager who refuses and tells staff not to do it. I see there is another Tim Hortons at the other corner so from now on I'll advise all of our delivery drivers who come here to go to the other location or just go to a McDonald's. We eat out at Tim Hortons and McDonald's DAILY. And often multiple times a day. But this location is going to be erased from our map. This location clearly didn't learn the first time when head office for after them. And I refuse to eat a dry bagel. At least McDonald's puts some sort of sauce on theirs making it easier to chew and swallow.

As always, listening skills are not well learned here.
I used to love this Tim Hortons. It used to be my favourite location and now it is horrible!
-The older lady that sometimes dyes her hair funky colours is always rude no matter how nice you are to her
- They stopped toasting their wraps, which is my opinion really impacts the taste. The first time it happened they told me the press was broken and asked me if it was okay. Now they just hand me a cold wrap. A farmers wrap is over 5$ so I would like for it to at least be warm
- They are not serving any food the majority of the time now. I went through the drive thru today and asked for a bagel. She informed me that they were not serving food. Mind you I had already waited in the drive thru at least 15 minutes prior to this. I understand them being short staffed but maybe they could put up a sign before you get in line that tells you they aren’t doing food so you can decide. This is nothing against the employees, I understand being short staffed and the lady this morning was super nice. It’s just frustrating to wait to find out you can’t get any food
