If I could give the customer service here a zero, I would. The employees are so ignorant. I know someone that tried to apply for a job here, a high school student just trying to make his own money like we all did growing up and they wouldn’t accept his resume because of his ethnicity… Disappointing. A&W has gone downhill over the years.

This place is a dump broken window busted pipes was like this over16 weeks what a joke staff are slow rude they use mayo on ranch wraps the list goes on and it not because there out they just don't use the stuff there supposed to was eating there every day no more dirty I promise I'm being nice cut updateIt's been a while Up date! This place was renovated it's a lot cleaner, but the people are differen all the canadian workers are gone that's all I will say, but store looks good just make sure when you go to the counter u say HEY IS ANYONE WORKING BACK THERE LOL no joke can't win the world is changing

Usually i visit this restaurant at night, the service and the food quality is awesome, i work till late nights and they also serve breakfast sandwiches at night, they never say no to anything, i have referred this A nd W to all friends and family just bcz of the commendable customer service, keep up the good work!

The staff and service here is very good! The only reason I'm giving them 1star is because they don't accept $100 bills and since it's legal tender they have to accept it! What would happen to someone that's hungry and that's the only money they have?
I have not had a@w breakfast in years and decided to go there the other day and it was disgusting. All the food left you with an aftertaste of grease. Definitely not the breakfast I remembered when I was younger. The sausage had a weird taste. The bacon was the thinest bacon. So thin it it almost dissolves in your mouth, but still tastes like grease at the end. The toast was soggy, and the eggs taste like grease as well. Wouldn't have fed this to my dog, or even a homeless person. Ended up tossing in the trash. Do better a@w.
