Customer service was horrible. Lady at the window was pushy, acted like the job was beneath her and had no manners. None of the ingredients in the breakfast sandwich were fresh. Tasted like it had been under a heat lamp for two hours. Coffee was so burnt I threw it out. Absolutely awful restaurant.

Came in to sit down, was given old chicken fingers which were basically rubber, lady forgot to give us our cups, then to top it off root beer was all foamy. will not be coming back to this location. refused to give us bosses phone number since wasn’t in, she claimed to be the manager. gave us our money back as a bribe not to call the boss. The one in essex is hurting for money and the service cannot be matched.

I dont write reviews but this problem has been happening constantly. Everytime i order coffee i ask for 5 cream and 5 sugar and everytime i get it its just black coffee. I've let this slide multiple times thinking it would get better but it hasn't
