She didn’t even care about the food was cold and not fresh at all !
Do not ever go here for breakfast they are not ready to serve you you will wait for 15 mins for a breakfast sandwich and iced coffee

I visited this location yesterday and was very dissatisfied with my experience. First the employee could hardly understand what I was saying. I had to repeat my order several times. Once I placed my order and came around to the window I stated again that I had an Indian status card and wanted the taxes deducted. He told me he didn't know how, I said ok, can I see your manager, he said, no manager. I said well everyone should be trained on how to take an Indian status card for a tax exempt purchase. He said I don't know, again. I was annoyed at this point and told them to nevermind just give me the receipt n I paid. He says receipt in bag. The receipt was NOT in the bag. My order was not correct either. A&W is the last fast food restaurant I eat at but I don't think I'll be back to this location after this experience. Horrible service, untrained staff, wrong food given and my burger was made wrong as well.

I am a regular customer of this location of A&W, i went there for masala veggie sandwich meal as usual, i asked him on window about food is fresh or not he said yes but it was all stale, fries were reheated and patty wasn’t that good i was good to wait they said patty is 20 min old i asked for fresh still but he refused saying its fresh usually that guy served because i went on day time, i came from my workplace and got this food and it wasn’t first time, i think he is the manager (Anmol) i saw that name tag. I worked 2 years in food, i know how to serve (food and customer service). Disappointing!!

Waited over 20 minutes for breakfast. This location does not offer sausage substitute for bacon. Two other locations have sausages and metal forks and knives. No metal utensils here just punch out wooden forks, knife. No ice.

Very bad service and road people
I ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese on english muffins. Got home and there was no bacon. I tried to call, and no answer. Went back the next day and told them about the issue, they said to prove it with an original receipt. They do not give receipts unless you ask for one. So I ordered one and paid for it, and the supervisor argued with me that they don't have to give receipts unless I ask for one. This store is Punjabi run. They speak in Punjabi right in front of you, so I can't even understand what they're saying.
Vote with your wallet and don't come to this location to eat. Go to a different location or choose somewhere else entirely
I recently visited A&W and noticed something that I think could really improve the customer experience. While I was waiting for my order, a customer came in and stood at the front counter for quite some time. Unfortunately, all the staff were busy working hard in the kitchen and didn’t notice him — eventually, he left without placing an order.
I completely understand how busy things can get during rush hours, but a simple solution could make a big difference: installing a small service bell at the counter. It would allow waiting customers to politely alert the staff without feeling ignored, and it would help the team avoid missed sales or unhappy guests.
Just a small suggestion from a regular customer who enjoys A&W — keep up the good work, and thanks for always serving great food!

I was helped by Gaurav today. He was extremely helpful and saved me some money. He suggested I purchase a Mama burger combo and adding a patty to it, rather than ordering a Papa burger combo. He was right. I had never thought about it before. I wish every service attendant was like him! Thanks Gaurav.
I ordered an iced beverage which was on the menu labeled Vanilla iced latte. They gave it to me hot and told me they didn’t have it on the menu so I drove back around and met them there and they said they don’t have it I pointed to where it said this on the menu and they said oh sorry that should be covered. Not sure if they didn’t read English or if they were gaslighting me cause then they continued to say they don’t have any ice in the building even if I wanted a cold root beer there would be no ice if I orderd take out. Incompetent staff, and misguiding menu.
