Trying A&w first time in Windsor. Big fan of A&W.
Good food, good service. Some of the fries were bit cold , the first time. But they changed to fresh. Burger was fresh and apple pie was hot! Loved it.

The service was very good, but I have to admit it was probably the wosrt burger I have ever had, the patty was so thin you couldn’t even taste it. Also I didn’t realize they automatically put fried onions on it bc I didnt ask for it. I told the manager and he was very nice about it and gave me a breakfast sandwich instead. I hope they can improve their quality.

I recently visited A&W and noticed something that I think could really improve the customer experience. While I was waiting for my order, a customer came in and stood at the front counter for quite some time. Unfortunately, all the staff were busy working hard in the kitchen and didn’t notice him — eventually, he left without placing an order.

I completely understand how busy things can get during rush hours, but a simple solution could make a big difference:...
