If their dine in is 24 hours why do they keep locking it and saying it's because of homeless people or customers being abusive? Why not give the night shifts to brave employees who are capable of dealing with homeless people or abusive customers? They sometimes even lock it up just because they're cleaning. That's so lame. All these reasons they are using to dishonor the 24/7 dine in sign are full of nonsense.
I frequently get told by their staff to come back to the line wasting my time when in reality it's my turn. Their drive through is so slow only to come back to the line to see more cars in front of you taking 10 minutes each. But they do this because they have a timer and are trying to appear as if they are finishing fast and by using BS requests like that they're just trying to get a free pass to fraudulently appear like they're going faster. I ain't obligated to play your silly games just because you have a stupid drive through timer. Fast food huh? Fast food only to benefit your interests but in reality your slow. I feel bad for the delivery drivers who have acceptance rates and completion rates going through this only to get paid below peanuts. I strongly advise anyone to just ignore them and not move an inch away when told to come back to the line. Keep your windows rolled up. It's a line meaning whoever got there first gets to stay until the worker there fulfils their customer's order.
Lastly, some of their employees here are very rude and shouldn't ever be working in a job where they interact with customers. Very arrogant and toxic. Maybe they hate their jobs? I don't know but if that's the case quit your job. Nobody is forcing you to work here or anywhere. It's frustrating how rude and incompetent employees rarely get fired. I strongly advise some of the employees here to get a job not dealing with customers since they're not getting fired anytime soon by the management that literally allows such behavior even if they say they don't. Another typical fast food rubbish place.

Don't order on Uber. I just got that 2 for 1 deal they had. (They make you pay extra for onion rings, poutine or what not) I still thought I'd be a good deal for my gf and I. Unfortunately I only received one burger, onion rings and sprite.
Would've gotten something else if I knew I was going to get scammed lol

I ordered at 8:45. The chicken lettuce tomato sandwich combo with rings instead of fry's and a Coke. It took them 15 minutes to fill the order. Telling me that the friar was on clean. Do you think maybe they should have told me that before ordering making my order? Every time I go to this restaurant. I have to wait for my order. Not just a minute or 2 I have to wait several minutes upwards of 10 minutes every time i go to this restaurant. I won't be going again
