First time,person waiting on us, was super helpful. Showed us from the menu popular choices, made recommendations good experience all around. Really deserve 5's ,but want to leave those for next time.

Ramen was good. Service and staff were horrible we had to ask for water multiple times. Had to ask for chopsticks soya sauce. Pretty much served ourselves with an empty restaurant both girls just sat there talking

Ordered at 7:06 for pickup. Was told 25 minutes by the person on the phone. It’s currently 7:46, I’ve seen 4 tables and 3 take out orders go out, all seated after I arrived to pick up my order. Probably won’t be back.

better than i expected

Customer service was great. Ordered the shrimp rice. It was okay didn’t really enjoy the dish or the four shrimp ? they were dry over cooked. The fried chicken Karaage was very good, fresh and hot. Delicious ? would definitely order them again. The fried shrimp was good. Overall it was an okay experience.?

Kitchen staff very rude, chewing gum with their mouths open, playing with their phones, wait staff sitting at tables. The kitchen staff yells through out the kitchen and the food is cold. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful, and very disappointing….. DO BETTER

We want together as a family and had an excellent dinner tonight. We ordered the Shoyu sliced pork with spicy Miso, pan fried Gyoza and black garlic filet Mignon. The food was excellent & the service was great. We Requested the temperature of the restaurant to be lowered a little bit as it was getting hot inside and our newborn child and she was starting to get fussy. Our server was very kind enough to adjust the temperature accordingly.

I had only tried the Dougall location so far and was pleased to see that this location also had same level of Service. We’ll definitely be coming back for some more Ramen. bon appetite!

Parking: There was plenty of parking at the time we reached which was close to 6:30 PM on Monday and the parking is free

I order from here all the time on Uber eats, but they are so good, they deserve a Google review too.

This place is so consistently delicious, ramen and katsu is great. Always follows order notes, just a great reliable Japanese place in Windsor.

Fantastic Ramen!!! Broth is flavorful, meats are high quality, lots of delicious noodles, great spice levels, lots of toppings to add!! Can't go wrong!!!

Love the food. The service is a hit or miss. There are only particular waitresses I am happy with but not many of them. There's been two or three occasions where my order came late and I'm sitting there waiting as everyone else at my table are eating their meals while I'm sitting idly by waiting for mine. It sours the occasion for me especially when I'm there with others. At least make it so that we all get our food at the same time. I can understand when it's busy and accommodate but leaving me with no food when others receive there's is so frustrating.
