Quaint American diner charm, but overpriced in my personal opinion
Delivered a good overall experience. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was solid with reliable portions. The atmosphere and décor feel a bit outdated, and the cleanliness could have been better, but it was still comfortable enough to enjoy the meal. A dependable spot for a casual bite.

Cold spinach dip, flat beer and cold fries. They did give me another batch of fries to make up for it. Service not bad but food quality poor
Food was great as usual

Showed up on August 27/25 at 8:45PM to a locked door and turned away. Could clearly see people being served on the patio and inside. Asked a server on what’s going on. She stated they are closed. Sign says open until 10PM.
This was my first time at an Applebees and the experience was really good. My server (Essence) was very friendly and informative. All my questions were clearly answered. The food was exceptionally delicious and the presentation was on point.

We were greeted by a very nice host 10/10. Very good customer service skills. Our server Emma was also great! 10/10.
The restaurant looked at little dingy and the windows needed some cleaning.
The washroom was clean and smelled ok. 9/10.
Our table was sticky and during our meal a fly kept harassing us! 😆
I ordered the bourbon street skillet with chicken and shrimp. It was piping hot! Can't complain about the food temperature. It was great!
The bourbon street dish itself was overly seasoned and salty. The chicken breast had some sort of seasoning of paprika maybe? But it was too much and that made the dish have a bitter after taste or the onions. The mashed potatoes were good. The dish was oily and there was lots of oil in the mushroom and onions and at the bottom of the skillet 6.5/10
Ordered 2 kids meals. Chicken strips and fries. The chicken strips were a little dry but ok and the fries were again very salty and overly seasoned . The price was not bad @$8.99 including drink and desert. 6.5/10.

I use to be a regular customer, now they're scamming like everyone else,i go to my regular, and the menu, says the same, then when you check out, they give you the price, which went from 20$ to 33,though the menu doesn't state the 7 oz AA is 33 dollars, untill its time to pay, humble yor self, your not serving a T bone,I'll pay tariff, and go eat some real food,in the U.S,its not even quality steak, your serving,on top of that, the ppl working there are lost, they already closed the west side, your next.

Stopped here on our last visit to Windsor. The service was good. It wasn't very busy, so we were seated and served promptly. The food was really good nice portion sizes as well.
Server and host were very friendly. (Afternoon of July 26th)

One of the worst experiences with a rude bartender her name is zeinab totally disrespectful for no reason . Megan our server was the best tho!
Megan our server was amazing as well as the manager who was handling everything , on the other hand their bartender zeinab needs some serious lessons in hospitality as she was rude and ignorant with an attitude she ruined the experience and that’s unfortunate for the restaurant as the rest of the team clearly knows what their doing !
Place smelled funky the minute we walked in and the table was sticky. I mistakenly consulted the Applebees.com (US locations?) menu before we went. It was quite extensive. The menu in Windsor is very limited with very few vegetarian/seafood options. A bland veggie burger with over salted fries and a chicken serving for my wife was $60 including a tea and soda. Service was great but the overall experience was not worth the price.
