Went to get take out tonight. Was there 5 minutes, and even though staff looked at me, no one bothered to take my order, or even let me know i was there. They were too focused on drive-thru, have to keep those wait times down. Supervisor was useless. Since staff was busy, supervisor should have hoped on front cash. Looked like she went to the office instead. Went to Popeyes next door. They were busy too, but took my order fairly quickly

Couldn't be more pissed off and Disturbed as to how disrespectful a manager can be at a restaurant that you pay good money for your food and when you asked for please cook the chicken a little bit longer you get the most disgusted look you've ever seen in your life managers like that should not have a job this is not the first time she's made me feel this way people like that will make businesses go out of money because nobody wants to deal with disrespectful people like that if I could give a zero as a review I would the worst part about it is when I asked for fresh freeze they tried to hide that they were throwing some of the old freeze in with it

Today I ordered a Turkey Ruben Sandwich through drive through. This is the sandwich my fiancé orders all the time. I got the order to know that it was a smoked meat Ruben Sandwich when I asked for turkey. I bring it back to get the sandwich I ordered. Manager got defensive and didn’t acknowledge their mistake. We always come here and order the same thing. Why couldn’t they clarify to me that it is possible to get a Turkey Ruben sandwich instead she said, “we heard Ruben only” okay if you heard Ruben then why can’t you clarify the order to double check with the customer this shows they lack communication. Customers needs are not being met. Unprofessional and horrible customer service. Needs improvement on food knowledge and customer service. We will not be coming back ever again.

Horrible service, manager extremely rude over the phone, would not let me speak and did not agree to modify my order the way I have ordered it the past hundred times, did not even offer an apology or a remake and hung up suddenly.

False advertising on the sign outside says Philly Swiss$5.99 I wait in the Drive-Thru line pull up to the to place my order and they tell me they're no longer selling that sandwich I suggest you take your advertising down on a special you don't even have.
