We came from Toronto to try this spot, and it was hands down the best pizza we’ve ever had. We got the Doc’s Favourite and it was delicious. The quality of the ingredients and the flavour were absolutely incredible.
It wasn’t only the best pizza we’ve had, but the best pizza experience. The owners were so kind and so great and they genuinely took care of us. People in Windsor are lucky to have a spot like this in the city. Will defintely visit when we’re in the city again.

Was just stretching my legs when I seent this pizza place peaking at me from around the corner lol. Went in and checked out this old school pizza place! The owner served me up a huge slice...a cheese on which he piled up a pile of pepperoni, slung it in the ovens and we chatted about pizza! Awesome experience. Going here for pizza again and have to try his wings!! Get there

I drove all the way from Toronto to Windsor just to try Arcata Pizzeria—and let me tell you, it was absolutely worth it. This was, hands down, the best pizza I’ve ever had.
And I don’t say that lightly. I’ve had pizza in Rome, Verona, and countless cities around the world, always searching for that perfect slice. Arcata blew me away. From the moment you take your first bite, you can tell how much care goes into every part of their pizza—the dough, the sauce, the toppings. The ingredients are incredibly fresh and high quality. You can taste the difference.
This isn’t just great pizza for Ontario—this is world-class pizza, period. Whether you’re a local or making the trip like I did, Arcata Pizzeria is 100% worth it.

Worst customer service. Was recommend this place by my family who rave about their Halal pepperoni. I drove from out of town and wanted to stop in to give it a try. I called to place my order and when I asked him, “it’s halal pepperoni right?” He told me, “ you can start with saying please. I can’t read your mind”. Who talks to customers like this? I simply wanted to confirm if the pepperoni was halal, unaware that there was another option. A proper response would have been, "We offer both halal and non-halal options—which would you prefer?" I won’t be returning, nor will my family.
If you can't speak to people with respect, perhaps you shouldn't be handling customer calls.
