Have come here a few times and their pasta dishes never fail to impress! Portion sizes are generous and some meals you can pick between different pasta sauces. Next I’d like to try their pizza!

Why does it take 35 minutes for salad to come out? I understand entrees take longer, but no way do all other tables seated after us get food or appetizers before a salad? There was 1 table in front of us? Food was good, service , not so much

A first rate dining experience in a really nice location. A good place for a full meal or just appies and wine at the bar. Ingrid is exceptional. The spinach dip was not what i expected but much better than I expected. This place is on my list to visit again.

Party of 15. Their service was great considering we arrived late and they helped us catch up on the party.

Great experience! Food was excellent and the marina setting was great (although it was off season during most recent visit). Service was teamwork, and attentive. Two entrées were generous and showed some presentation imagination!

Consistency in quality is main thing in this pizzeria! You always get what you expect! Not very thin, just the right size of pie,

Food was good, but the service was terrible. Although our server was polite, there was a clear difference in how she treated different tables. Me and my daughter were treated almost as a bother, and it seemed like she was trying to get us out as quickly as possible. The table next to us was told the specials, asked many more questions, and the server engaged with them more. We did not receive the same treatment. I came here on a separate occasion with a friend. My friend asked this same waitress for a ginger ale three separate times, and was never brought one. She instead spent all her time tending to the table next to us. It really appears like your staff might be judging people based off the money she ASSUMES they may or may not have.

Armando's Pizza - A Family Review

(Our quest to find the best pizza in Windsor)

Review #6 (See Maestro's Pizza for review #5)

$28 for 12 slices and 2 cans of coke.

Armando's is right on Riverside and I'm sure during warm months is a nice location to dine in at. The inside is modern and has an atmosphere of class to it. Picking up take out is off to the side. Staff were friendly and my order was on time.

Dad (Neutral critic)

Pre taste - 10 - The pizza literally looked perfect in my opinion.

Cheese - 7 - The cheese doesn't really stand out too much.

Sauce - 7 - Same as the cheese. Some slices, the sauce was lacking.

Crust - 6 - The pizza barely has a crust. Like a bed without a pillow. Not too bad though.

Overall - 7 - I came in expecting Armando's to be one of the top contenders to have the best pizza in Windsor. At one point they may have. The pizza is pretty good. Definitely not the best spot though. Armando's is a good choice if you're in the area and don't feel like searching or going somewhere farther than you're willing to. The price is average. I would recommend Armando's if you want decent pizza for a reasonable price. I would not recommend it if you're looking for the best option.

Final Family Score - 73%
