I ordered a Cobb Salad for dinner and my husband picked it up. Rather than a Cobb Salad, I received a small lettuce side-salad. Despite numerous phone calls to the Manager, Matt, he has yet to compensate me. Disappointing....I expected more.

This place has gone downhill. Food is ordinary at best. Service was very slow and disinterested. I could tell our food sat around getting cold before it got served. The restaurant was very quiet so no excuse for that. Probably won't be back again. Too bad because I used to look forward to the Yorkshire pudding.

I am writing this review with a heavy heart. This has been my go to spot for about 2 years now and before recently, my experience was always 10/10. I have literally had every dish on the menu. The past couple times I’ve gone, they have changed everything and not for the better. The shrimp appetizer used to be 5 pieces and now it’s only 3 (how do you even share 3 prices of shrimp with someone !? Ridiculous) their Mango and blackened halibut fish dish used to be amazing and come with actual mango pieces, I got it today and got my fish just smeared on some mango sauce. No mango peices! Even their jasmine rice was always amazing, today it came with mushrooms in it for some reason? The inconsistency with the dishes is heartbreaking when you consider how amazing the food was before all these changes. Not sure if the chef is just being lazy or they are trying to save money but if it continues I will sadly have to say goodbye to this place

Went for dinner before a movie and it was a fantastic experience. The waiter was very personable and efficient. The food was absolutely amazing. We shared the balsamic brussel sprouts, I had the spinach goat cheese salad and my husband had the surf and turf burger and every bite was delicious. Highly recommend, we will be back!

Let’s start with the good. My server was amazing. Personal, friendly, attentive. Everything I could ask for.The bad. As we sat reviewing the drink menu, two very small children were behind the bar making soda drinks while pouring ice on her arms and letting it fall back into the back bucket for others to have in their drinks. She then picks ice out with her fingers and eats it. At this point, we knew our drinks would be bottled. This was disgusting to witness. After a while a man walks up to our table to tell us, he’s the owner and it’s son’s birthday and he apologizes for the loudness. I said oh the noise is no problem, but the little girl behind the bar serving herself …. Then tells him what I witness. He seemed shocked that I brought it up and said he’d change the ice. Our dinner continued with fantastic service by our server while I have to listen to this owner talk about how much money he makes a month, how he’s takes money from the servers and gives it to those he feels “deserving”. Very confusing how loud he was talking, like he wanted everyone to know??!! Then man goes on about how he forces his kitchen staff shave (yet it’s sanitary to let anyone play in ice intended to be served to beverages). The kids weren’t loud, the arrogance of the owner was loud and very unprofessional. To the point of making his staff uncomfortable. This was even more disappointing then the little child playing in ice meant to be served in customers drinks. Then man leaves, as an owner, did not check in to make sure everything else was satisfactory. I guess he was too busy talking tips from his hard working staff. We paid in full and tipped our server very well. I only wish she gets her tip. I will not go back.
Ordered a bunch of apps and cocktails which were all great.The server was awesome as well.Update: Been here at least 5 times now. This place is very inconsistent. Sometimes good, sometimes great, sometimes pretty disappointing.

We decided to try this restaurant for the first time tonight and were blown away by the food and excellent service (thank you Blaine!). Food-wise, the truffle fries were the best we’ve ever had and everyone should try them as an appetizer! For our mains, the food was fresh, flavorful and delicious for everyone in the family (gnocchi was amazing and rivaling the best at any Italian restaurant, lobster burger was decadent, the Asian stir fry was spicy good and the peanut butter cheesecake was divine). Overall, a great experience with friendly service and we are happy to have found this place. We will be back- thanks Artisan Grill.

Artisan Grill is a fantastic spot to dine at! The Chef came to the table many times throughout our groups stay to ensure all was tasting well and we were comfortable. 5 stars for this restaurant - hands down! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We arrived for our reservation with two other parties behind us also waiting to be seated. After we were seated, we waited about 15 mins without any acknowledgment from the wait staff. Around this time, I noticed that the parties that were seated after us had also had their water and other drinks provided to them while we sat continuing to wait to be acknowledged by a server. Finally, my husband got up to approach the manager (or some gentleman) who offered him a beer. This was slightly offensive, considering we don’t even drink alcohol and would have appreciated the offer of a glass of water or even having a waitress directed to us to take our order. The restaurant was not full, by any means, so I couldn’t understand why there was such a significant delay in service or acknowledgement. The food at this restaurant is typically very good, but the experience I had at this location will make me steer clear of this location. For a restaurant that charges these kind of prices like $40 for a pork chop I would think should be more on point.Very disgusted and won’t be back!
