We were a group of 6. Three of us ordered the rib eyes and all three were not cooked properly sent back and re made . Was better the second time but definitely not worth the price. Our friends chicken parm had an awful taste. Servicewas good just definitely not worth the price.

We had a glass of wine and an appetizer and it was lovely. The waitstaff were very friendly and the flatbread was delicious. We plan on going back for a full meal soon. Would definitely recommend

The food at Bacchus was pretty good. The issues had were that the service was painstakingly slow because they “have one chef in the kitchen.” It was a Saturday night and we were a reservation of 11 in a full restaurant, why is there one chef? When one person at the table finishes their meal while multiple do not have theirs yet it totally takes away the purpose of going out to dinner as a group. You go out to eat for a combo of good food and service. Given we only got half of the experience, I wouldn’t go back. It was also freezing in the restaurant.

You owe it to yourself to try Bacchus Ristorante, home of authentic Italian cuisine. Chef Rayan is a master of his craft and it shows through the love he pours into his dishes. I highly recommend his braised boneless beef with mushroom risotto and their in-house tiramisu. The service is also top notch thanks to Tonika who made our experience memorable. The washrooms are clean and the atmosphere is nice for dates or small groups. What are you waiting for? Go out and try it today!

I was slightly disappointed in the menu, being Italian. The food was bland & underwhelming. The service however was great & three atmosphere comfy.

Skip this place and go next door to Spago or anywhere else down the street. Food was good not great but good. For the price I’d expect great. We were a party of 5 people with a 7:00 reservation. We got our orders in by 7:30 but did not see our food until 9:00. Wait staff came out repeatedly to apologize for the wait and told us they had a party of 6 they didn’t expect and the chef (owner)was very frustrated. We mention if they can bring some bread out while we wait but was told they were sold out of bread. Entree are served with broccoli and one side. My wife ordered grilled veggies as her side when it came out it was just a mound of broccoli when asked about her grilled veggies she was told they ran out and just gave her more broccoli. At the end of the dinner nothing was offered to us for the long delay, No coffee , no drinks no dessert just informed that because we are such a large group (5 people) that 20% gratuity fee was already applied to out bill. Terrible customer service and with so many restaurants in Windsor and Italian on Erie street I will never return or recommend.

Picked up the Chicken Parm Special for $50.
Great Deal, easy pickup.
Fast service serves 4 but enough food for 6 people.

Brought an out of town family member here because they were craving Italian. I’ve been wanting to try Bacchus for years but never got an opportunity to. My family member has severe nut allergies and it makes going out for dinner a stressful event for me. I was very pleasantly surprised when we informed our server of the nut allergy she told us nothing on the menu had nuts. It helped alleviate my worries and helped me really enjoy the night. The chocolate espresso martini was phenomenal. It’s the best espresso martini I’ve ever had. I ordered the rigatoni inferno but asked for a substitute to vesuvio noodles. It was delicious!!!
