My favorite pho restaurant, ever. A very homemade style of cooking. Service is great. Highly recommended.

Went here on the reviews, ordered the Pho, it came looking great … fixings and service were good … but the broth failed … badly

Feel ripped off. They’ve changed their menu, they are skimping on meat. $4 to add chicken, $3 for tofu, however I ordered the Penang curry (menu does not state tofu as an ingredient) w/ chicken and received it loaded with tofu and very minimal chicken. Was told the chicken is “at the bottom” and EVERY curry comes with tofu. The menu has tofu as a $3 add on, and none of the descriptions of the dish include tofu; so why would someone pay $3 for tofu in a curry if it comes in every curry dish? I received about a tenth of a chicken breast and 7 large pieces of tofu with noodles and vegetables for $17 after tax. Disappointed because I always loved their food.

Service was very friendly and fast, the atmosphere is like a mall food court, and the food a bit worse than that. The pho was average. The bun noodles were overcooked, and the dish had almost no herbs at all. The fried spring rolls were ok but the grilled pork was like a shoe sole. I mean, it was 1/8" thick, flat, dry and flavourless. The soursop smoothie was more full of sugar than fruit. Based on the high ratings our expectation was high but we were disappointed. Just because it has a ton of sugar in it and is not offensively bad doesn't make it good Vietnamese food! We ordered peanut sauce on the side and that made the bun more edible. They also did forget to bring the calamari that we ordered. But service itself was fine.

I had really high expectations for the laksa soup based on all the reviews. They didn’t offer it in vegetarian which was first bummer. We got it without the fish cake and only shrimp and it tasted like somehow it was missing salt. It just tasted like a curry soup and different to what I’m used to. The tofu was really nice tho. We got the tofu spring rolls too and they were nice and filling. The staff were super friendly and cute
Great food, great service

My first time at Bally’s Kitchen. This will not be my last time. I had the Summer Roll which was a good size and the sauce with peanuts all together a great starter.
The pho was just right. Delicious flavour, lots of noodles and meat. It was exactly what I was looking for.
The servers were attentive, the restaurant itself is Clean, barebones but quite bright and colourful.
Well done Bally’s Kitchen!!!!!
