Recently i visited Bar Buritto for the first time and i had a delightful experience there. Food was delicious and fresh. Plenty of options to choose in both veg and non-veg. Quantity of food was generous for the price you pay. Restaurant was very clean and so calm. Very good place to enjoy meal either with family, friends or alone. Service was very quick and staff was very welcoming. Over all it was an awesome experience there... I am gonna visit this place again sooner.

This was hands down the worst burrito experience of my life. I showed up 5 minutes before closing, and instead of at least getting decent portions of food that was likely headed to the trash anyway, they gave me barely 3 sad pieces of chicken and were stingy with every single topping. The rice was so rock-hard it felt like biting into gravel, and the veggies? Rotten with a smell so foul it turned my stomach. The entire burrito was completely inedible—how do you even mess up a burrito this badly? It’s like they gave up on food quality, customer service, and common decency. If you’re looking for a meal, do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else. This place doesn’t deserve to

I am never disappointed with the quality and service at this Bar Burrito!!!
Their debit machines are broken and double charge people.
I usually like eating here, but a few months ago, I had a problem with a $20 burrito. My card didn't work at first, but after trying again, it went through. The cashier said it didn't go through, even though my bank app showed the charge. She told me I would have to pay again to take the burrito and asked for my phone number for the manager to call me and I gave it to her.
Weeks passed with no word from the manager. When I asked, I was told he was on vacation and would be back next week. I asked for him to call me then. The cashier also asked for my bank details for a refund, which I wasn’t comfortable giving.
Another few weeks passed, I saw another customer have the same issue. The cashier gave me a cash refund but said I’d need to give my bank details next time if this happened again. She also said they were taking the hit on this which I don’t see how since I payed twice. I told her I’d been waiting for two months without any follow-up and that they need to fix their machine.
I won’t be coming back. I can only imagine how many people might be double-charged without realizing it.

Good thing they have a prime location, because the staff isn’t great- both instances I went anyway, it might not be the case all the time. Very short, impatient, lacking even just an ounce of customer service skills. Felt like me being there was an inconvenience, but I love bang bang shrimp so I pulled through. Staff will make or break a business very quickly
