I’ve always loved Baskin Robbins, especially from my time in Saudi Arabia, where the service was always warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was deeply disappointing. The staff were extremely rude and lacked basic professionalism. There was no smile, no courtesy, and absolutely no sense of how to treat a customer they dont even offer tissues or spoons they are school kids. It felt like we were a burden rather than valued guests. Customer service makes all the difference — and sadly, I won’t be returning to this branch again.

Just like some of the other recent reviews, I'm here to echo the same sentiment... disappointing experience, to say the least. The prices are extremely high considering how little ice cream you actually get. I ordered a double scoop and it looked like barely two tablespoons... it just got above halfway in the cup. For what you're paying, the portion sizes just don't make sense. Definitely not worth it.

If I could give no stars I would!!! My banana royal did not even fill half of my bowl. Advertising is extremely deceiving!!! And when I commented about the extremely small Scoop size the guy behind the counter couldn’t ring me out fast enough. The words he used were polite but very dismissive- almost rude like. Such a sad experience- obviously won’t be back with so many other options in the city now.

Portions sizes are 1/2 of what they used to be and double the price. Service was also not great, will not return. To bad because it used to be a family favorite. Visited May 13, 2025.

The person who scooped the ice cream behaved quite poorly and gave me a much smaller scoop than before. A previous employee used to scoop the ice cream, and when I complained that the portion was significantly less than in the past, they told me, 'This is our standard.' This situation led me to decide not to buy from there anymore. I also asked them to pass this issue on to the manager, but they responded disrespectfully and dismissively, saying they would call me. Instead of apologizing to me, they responded an insincere thank you. I would not recommend this place at all because some of the employees at this ice cream shop are completely inexperienced. Instead of attracting customers, they drive people away with their disrespectful behavior, damaging the reputation of the brand. I visited on May 10, 2025, at 6:30 PM

Extremely disappointed with the service at this Baskin Robbins. The staff were incredibly rude and seemed like they didn’t want to serve customers. I waited for about 5 minutes just for a sample while the staff cleaned their stations and chatted with each other. When I finally got my ice cream, they didn’t even give me a proper spoon, expecting me to eat with a tiny tasting spoon. To top it off, the scoops were intentionally small until we pointed it out, and only then did they change it. Will not be returning.

To the staff;;; please wash your hands before serving clients ,,,, If you’re mopping the floor and happened a client came in , here’re few tips of simple hygeinic facts
1- leave the mop 2-WASH your hands thoroughly 3-wear gloves 4-get into the buckets

Absolutely love their ROCKY ROAD- BEST FLAVOUR EVER!! Service is always cheerful and quite quick depending on people ordering...I get it, it charge to choose from all the delicious flavours and options! Great cakes and ice cream pizzas!!
