Very very rude staff..this place is family operated..and if you ask for something they talk in their own language....i asked for kids scoop and it was so little ..just a spoon full and cup was half empty..they are rip off..will never go there.... doesn't know how to talk to customers..

Worst ice cream place around. Paid $9.99+tax for a tiny little milkshake with about a scoop and a half of Ice cream. Should be 4-5$. And to top it all off, the girl working was the sassiest and rudest service worker I have ever met. Baskin Robbin’s used to be good. Not anymore. Will be taking my business elsewhere. Ps. Hire nicer and friendlier staff.

I’ve always loved Baskin Robbins, especially from my time in Saudi Arabia, where the service was always warm and welcoming. Unfortunately, my recent experience at this location was deeply disappointing. The staff were extremely rude and lacked basic professionalism. There was no smile, no courtesy, and absolutely no sense of how to treat a customer they dont even offer tissues or spoons they are school kids. It felt like we were a burden rather than valued guests. Customer service makes all the difference — and sadly, I won’t be returning to this branch again.
Just like some of the other recent reviews, I'm here to echo the same sentiment... disappointing experience, to say the least. The prices are extremely high considering how little ice cream you actually get. I ordered a double scoop and it looked like barely two tablespoons... it just got above halfway in the cup. For what you're paying, the portion sizes just don't make sense. Definitely not worth it.

If I could give no stars I would!!! My banana royal did not even fill half of my bowl. Advertising is extremely deceiving!!! And when I commented about the extremely small Scoop size the guy behind the counter couldn’t ring me out fast enough. The words he used were polite but very dismissive- almost rude like. Such a sad experience- obviously won’t be back with so many other options in the city now.

The person who scooped the ice cream behaved quite poorly and gave me a much smaller scoop than before. A previous employee used to scoop the ice cream, and when I complained that the portion was significantly less than in the past, they told me, 'This is our standard.' This situation led me to decide not to buy from there anymore. I also asked them to pass this issue on to the manager, but they responded disrespectfully and dismissively, saying they would call me. Instead of apologizing to me, they responded an insincere thank you. I would not recommend this place at all because some of the employees at this ice cream shop are completely inexperienced. Instead of attracting customers, they drive people away with their disrespectful behavior, damaging the reputation of the brand. I visited on May 10, 2025, at 6:30 PM
