Big Mama's Pizza N' More

Their quality has gone down tremendously. The crust tasted like it was frozen and not fresh. I've never been more disappointed.

By far the worst customer service and food quality.
Firstly, it took over an hour to get our food. When we received the food it was cold and there were barely any toppings on the pizza.

When we brought our complaint forward- there was no accountability taken, no apology, and no suggestion on rectifying the problem.

Wouldn’t eat/ order here again.

My family really enjoys this pizza joint. We order from Big Mamas about twice a month. Always great deals to make feeding my family affordable on take out nights. We absolutely love the wings and pizza. I also really appreciate how friendly the staff is every time I come in. Special shout out to Mikey for making sure my order was accurate and sending me off with some Halloween candy tonight!

Friendly and caring people who take pride on serving you and the pizza I had was perfect.I only tried there Wednesday pizza special and Monday pizza special and give it 10 out of 10.I will be trying the other menu items soon.Try this place out if you can.—Update,I tried there $8.99 daily lunch special.I had the burger combo and I give it a solid 8 out of 10.I also tried the lunch gyro combo and I have to admit,it was a perfect 10 out of 10 and highly recommend others to try that awesome gyro combo.The gyro had a amazing taste and the son working there and the fellow employees are respectful.

Ordered wendsday special.
Was good .. make sure you specify exactly what you want. They prefer cash.
Service was ok.. when I walked in, the guy was on the phone seen me but continued talking on the phone, which for me was ok as i phoned in my order..
They have fresh and canned mushrooms, specify which you want.
May order again... tx

Very good pizza! We got Big mama special and it didn’t disappoint. The sauces are so good too. The staff are very friendly and the service was impeccable. Shout out to Aziz for being so friendly and professional. Will definitely be back soon!

I go there to order says Is This open till 2 AM. There's a guy with a red hat white with a Blondie beard super rude. He didn't even respond probably like he didn't wanna make any orders. I asked him. What do you recommend he didn't even answer. I don't know if he was high or something else I feel bad for the owner that those kind of employees drive customer somewhere else
