While the food is great they need more staff to handle the customer flow. Very disorganized and I don't blame the staff, the management should realize they need at least 3 people behind the counter

This is a great breakfast spot to grab a bagel, bagel sandwich, and coffee. This is a good indoor outdoor spot, weather dependant. It is at a perfect location with the traffic and reasonable close location to the riverside walking path.
My advice to folks is getting there early the day to ensure that you get a good selection of bagel options and coffee too!
I like the unique bagel taste and all of the flavor options. You can't go wrong. Stop in!

The worst service ever stood in line for 10 minutes two girls making sandwiches. All they wanna do was get a dozen bagels to go places as a joke never be back.

Everyone said these bagels would be freshly made but it tasted so stale and dry like the grocery store. My total was 34$ for two bagels and tasted like a normal sandwich that I could buy anywhere. I don't really see the hype. Nothing super special. Overpriced. Dry. shouldn't be more than 9$. Got the Windsor lox and cali (which Lowkey tasted like subway). Doesn't taste bad its alright but disappointed due to how expensive it was and how i thought it would taste fresh and different than a normal bagel. 16 and 14$ for a bagel is crazy. Definitely a tourist trap.

I went in with a group of my friends after class, first they messed up my order and I went up to the counter to tell them and she said no. It was a young lady with dark hair. She was rude to me and my friends but nice to anyone else that came in. Hope she is held accountable for this.

First and last time I Will ever order from here! They put a sliver amount of cream cheese on a cold, soggyish sesame bagel from the nasty tasting lettuce they piled on. Bagel wasn't toasted. The marshmallow latte tasted horrible and even smelled horrible. What a waste of money and now still hungry. 0 ☆'s

All around great place. However this place is a treat. Bagels are made in house and are priced as such.
I finally went to Boss Bagel and I really enjoyed the atmosphere and bagels. I had a BLT bagel for lunch and brought a variety of bagels home to try. All were very good, as well as their coffee. This is a cute place to drop into with tables indoors and out, as well as a comfy couch and armchair.

This is one of my wife’s favorite breakfast spots in town, so we went here for her birthday and the entire staff were BEYOND sweet and thoughtful. Everyone was so excited to wish her a happy birthday and made our breakfast just a touch more fun and magical. We always get excellent service here, but the smiles and notes written on our bag and drinks (see pictures) really went above and beyond. Whoever was working the morning of July 13th, you guys are AWESOME! Thank you for making our day extra special 💜 Also the cashier recommended their lemonades and we LOVED the strawberry and raspberry. Definitely recommend.

I recently visited my friend, and she brought me to an amazing bagel shop. We both ordered sandwiches on cheese bagels. She chose the BLT, and I went with the BBQ chicken. The food was tasty, but it was a little pricey. Unfortunately, the bagels also tasted a bit old even though we were there in the morning. Still, I’d be willing to give them another try.
