I have been going to Boston Pizza for years. All in Victoria,BC. Only my 2nd time in this location and I will NOT be back! I have 7 cheese ravioli with a chicken breast and Alfredo sauce
I got a micro sized chicken breast that was very grisltely! I substituted garlic toast for cheese toast and asked for an extra little to go container of Alfredo sauce. I ate this chicken because I was hungry and heading to work. I had to ask for the music to be turned down because it was sooooo loud! Isn't music supposed to be in the "background" and not the dominant noise in the establishment?!?!? You folks charged me $45+ for this meal!!! Absolutely ridiculous!

Always love Boston Pizza. It's my go to! My favourite dish is the Perogie Pizza. It's to die for! We ate on the bar side and the service was great! The server went above and beyond and she was very friendly! Wish I knew her name so I could give her a shout out!

It's one of my favorites. The food is amazing. In fact, to say the least, boston Pizza is one of the best pizza places here. I have tried marinara sauce pasta with shrimp, chicken, and veggies in their "create your own pasta" option, and OH MY GOD, this has become my go-to places for pasta as well. The create your own pasta option lets you customize it how you like. Pizza is absolutely delicious and made to perfection. The kids' menu is great, and the serving size, too, is decent. In short, it is highly recommended. I have tried a couple of places for pizza, and this is one of the best. Way to go! Quality plus quantity, both are exceptional. I hope you guys keep you with it.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available, and they usually have free kids meal plans going on in which i guess you need to pay/donate some amount once and you can get free meals for kids for the next 3-4 visits.

Enjoyed our meal. Service was great, food was tasty and freshly cooked, enjoyed the music and location. Food service was little slow even on weekday when its not that busy. Most favourite part is seasonal menu.

Was seated promptly for a party of 8. Service was very attentive and wonderful. When we had more people arrive and needed space they were quickly too grab another table to fit us all. Wonderful time all around.

Slow!! Waited 30 minutes for a waitress to come to our table, say they're understaffed which I get, but really - management needs to hire more people if that's the problem. Washroom didn't have toilet paper, all in all not the best experience. Food was good, service not so much :/
