So the food is really sub par. This is the 2nd BP location I gave tried in the last month and nothing I order taste good or is well prepared. Wings - small and not flavoured/seasoned well, Thai chicken- just no, tacos - I got chicken- coleslaw, pieces of chicken n hot sauce- so blanton, ribs - some BBQ sauce rubbed over a barely cooked rib...it was not savory...get the idea of 2 star rating. Can’t even review the food since we didn’t even get seated. The lady at the desk kept coming and going but wouldn’t seat us. Empty place and we were only 2 +2 kids. We waited 15 minutes and just left. Not good service whatsoever.

Went a couple months ago and sat barside and had the slowest and worst service ever there. Went today on dining side and once again extremely slow and inattentive service. Multiple other tables got their food and were out before we even got our food. Won’t go back anytime

The whole experience from the server to the food was excellent. There were zero issues from the moment we walked in, till we left... great start to the evening.
Ordered the Spicy Thai Bites for the first time in a few years and was a bit disappointed at the small amount of the crispy noodles. I'm not sure if it was my order specifically, or if it's the new downsized portions because of inflation ??♀️ It was still super tasty so that's my only issue with our visit.

Visited with large group. Ordered Salad that was to be mixed greens. Salad came completely romaine lettuce. We all ordered together, and sandwich meals were delivered and I still waited for my Salad.

The bar area was filthy. Poor customer service. The host actually rolled her eyes at my family when we asked if she would clean a table off in the bar area for us. EVERY TABLE was filthy. The bartender at the time was "busy" entertaining one single couple at the bar, ignoring the state of the restaurant or the few other tables waiting on service. Our only saving grace was "Gabby" our sweet little server. Treated us with kindness and did her best. This is the 3rd time in a short while we've gone there because our children enjoy the food, but after seeing the SAME bartender lacking the same skills. it speaks volumes. Our food was just "okay" but the disarray of the restaurant was pathetic. Where is management? We will never go again.

So sad to see this place declining more and more. My family and I come here often and the attitude that was given tonight was the worst it has ever been. For 2 mains & a kids meal we spent $100! The prices aren't family friendly, it's sad we can't even get the good quality service to go with how much we're paying for everything.
