My husband and I have been sitting in the bar for the past 2hrs and waitress came to our table twice.once for our drink and second time with our food.we ordered a pizza and she brought it with no side plates or napkins.we are still sitting here waiting for our bill

Went for a friends birthday, ordered nachos as an app and it took forever. Asked the server was it going to be much longer and she states all the food is coming now. When I informed her that I ordered as an app her attitude was one of oh well. Nachos finally arrive and on top of being cold there were no green onions. Been to the Tecumseh Street location many times and the food and service there has always been above and beyond great. Definitely will not attend this location again. On the plus side by not bringing the nachos as an app we decided to go elsewhere to eat and had an amazing meal

Stopped by The Bourbon last night, and it did not disappoint! The bourbon selection is impressive, and the bartender really knew their stuff when helping me pick one out. I went with the smoked old fashioned, and it was probably one of the best I’ve had. The wings were crispy and packed with flavor, and the burger was cooked perfectly. The vibe was relaxed, and the service was friendly without being overbearing. Definitely coming back!

First time visiting this location while visiting from out of town. I have been to the location on Tecumseh a few times and have loved each visit.
At this location we were told to seat ourselves (just find a table we like). We then had to wait a few minutes for someone to come bring us menus. Once we ordered our drinks they took so long to come that I had forgotten I had even ordered a drink. Then we ordered our food - the parmesan bites appetizer and a slab of ribs plus a side for each of us.
We have always loved the ribs at the Tecumseh location, that's why we eat at Bourbon Tap & Grill. The ribs were so tough I had trouble cutting them apart with a knife and fork and it took effort with my teeth to tear the meat away from the bone. Terrible quality. I ate a couple ribs and lost interest with the taste and effort. Packed it up to go knowing my dogs will enjoy it far more than I would. Neither of us enjoyed the quality of our entrees.
I will say we loved the parmesan bites - they were great! But if the highlight of your food is in the appetizer and then it goes downhill that's not a great thing.
Next time I am in town I will visit the Tecumseh location to see if there was a decline in their food quality or if this location is just subpar to that location.
Our server was slow despite the restaurant having many open tables when we were seated. At the time we left it was much busier, however. I have no intention to return to this particular location and I would not feel comfortable recommending it to others the way I would the location on Tecumseh.
