Staff was really nice and food was pretty good. However the restaurant smells really bad. Like a stinky men’s gym locker room. The place could use a good clean. We ended up asking to eat outside on the patio instead (to get fresh air because it was so bad). Though I just said it was because the air conditioning was too cold for me (which it was). Overall I’d go back if the place smelled better.

Ordered 40 wings, and kids chicken strips with a drink, plum, blue cheese, and ranch. Got home and there was no drink, plum, blue cheese, or ranch. By the time we got back home from getting the forgotten stuff, our main food was cold. Maybe check the bags before people pick them up. Now all the food is mid at best since it is cold. Won’t be ordering out again.

The atmosphere is kinda dimly lit, but it's spacious and clean. Friendly staff and good food. I usually only go here on Thursdays for their cheaper boneless wing night.

Server MARIAM served delicious foods & drink with full knowledge from the menu & She helped us to choose non veg dishes & few Vege dishes with hot sauces. We followed her best advises- everyone of us enjoyed her recommendations. Beautiful seating ambience & smily services from the other staffs . Awesome lunch EXPERIENCE as always. I Will come again while visiting in Windsor. Best wishes !!!

came for lunch, never been here before. we waited an hour for our wraps, one of which ended up being all lettuce with two small pieces of chicken, the other just drowned in sauce but doable. food wasn’t great, fries were cold so obviously sitting in the window for at least 15 minutes.. and then the waitress came and quickly took my plate with more than half of my food still there while i was chewing.. gee thanks lady. won’t be returning.

I must say that I do love the wings but every time I have pick up or delivery something is missing, usually it is the fries. This time when the order was delivered it was missing the wing sauce for all 3 orders. It was very disappointing as I was looking forward to the wings all day and they are nothing without the sauce. How is it possible to forget something every single time??

We went there to have some snacks and drinks, as my best friend and her daughter were going to be flying back to South Africa the next day, and we really wanted to try this one drink that someone had mentioned to me to try, however they didn't have one of the ingredients, and, since they are part of a chain restaurant, they can't make any changes to anything that they serve, so that was a great disappointment to all of us. However, our waitress was very nice and friendly, but this place is also pretty pricey and it seemed like all of their pizza's and most of their food, is very spicy, which is unfortunately something that I can't eat.

Wasn't too too busy when I went.I have enjoyed going here in the past. Ordered 5 honey garlic and 5 garlic parm wings.Something was definitely not right with the honey garlic or they've changed it. Tasted awful. Told waitress. Didn't find the wings even eatable. Thought maybe I was being picky so I had my friend try it. She agreed something was not right. Still had go pay for wings I didn't even eat which was a bummer.Oh well. Poutine was cold.Mozzarella sticks were delicious.

The BEST deep fried pickles!! Boneless wings are always amazing. Quick and friendly service and fair prices, both on dining in and takeout.
Takes 15 mins just to wait for a sauce for take out. Really low efficiency.

I have been to this establishment quite a fews and surprisingly I have never reviewed them. I swear, on each occasion customer service keeps getting better and better. Now lets talk about the food, I have tried a number of the items of their menus, and I enjoyed all, from their various burgers options, to their wings, both bone in and boneless, and all were exceptional. However, my preference regarding wings is bone in. If you are looking for a great bite to eat and watch some sports at the same time, this is the spot for you. Let me reiterate, I Love this spot!!!
