They never answer the phone
I come here every Wednesday, the same working crew is always there and they always give me a bad attitude like they don’t want to be there my ordered is always wrong and the make me feel like it my fault I’m honestly sick to my stomach for how these workers make me feel I will never be going back there unless something is fixed
I've been getting Burger King a lot lately. And I have to say, compared to mcdonald's, the food quality is a little better and seldom do they forget anything on my order. All I can really ask for.👍

I stopped by Burger King hoping for a quick, satisfying meal, but this visit didn’t quite deliver. The Whopper I ordered was lukewarm and lacked the usual fresh flavor I’ve come to expect. Fries were undercooked and a bit soggy, which was a letdown.
Service was indifferent—staff seemed rushed and not particularly attentive. My order took longer than expected, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy. The dining area was clean but felt a bit neglected, with empty sauce stations and trash bins nearly full.
Burger King usually hits the spot, but this experience felt off. Hopefully just an off day, but I’ll think twice before choosing this location again.

I usually like my experience at burger king. I wanted to get the monster nuggets and monster burgers in the kids meal for my grandkids. Unfortunately they don't come in kids meals. Who is it for if not for the kids.

Extremely Disappointed with Burger King’s Customer Service yesterday(Oct 07 2025) at 7955 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8R 1A1 location at around 6.27pm
I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with Burger King at 7955 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, ON N8R 1A1 location. Yesterday I ordered just a juniour chicken burger for my son through Burger King’s mobile app while I was waiting in the drive-thru line at the Burger King at 7955 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor, expecting my order is going to the same Burger king .Unfortunately my order got placed to a Burger king at a different location(2530 Tecumseh Rd W, Windsor, ON N9B 3R2) which is almost 15-20kms form 7955 Tecumseh Rd E, Windsor. Since it was a mobile order, the payment was processed immediately.(order number was #19 and name Tobu)
When I reached the drive-thru window, I politely explained the mix-up to the staff. I was told to call the other location and cancel the order myself. I tried multiple times, but no one answered. I then went inside the restaurant, showed proof of my mobile order, and explained everything again. The employee there also tried calling the other location but couldn’t reach anyone. She initially said she would get me a Junior Chicken Burger — but moments later, the manager came over, spoke to her in another language (not English or French), and after a long exchange, simply told me “No.”
That single word, after all my polite explaining and showing proof, was deeply frustrating and disappointing — especially coming from a brand I’ve always enjoyed and supported. I left the store feeling completely disrespected and dismissed.
Still, I didn’t give up. I called the 2530 Tecumseh Rd W location several more times before someone finally answered. I explained the situation again, only to be told they could not refund the payment and that I should “go to the nearest Burger King and show them the order” — which I had already done, unsuccessfully.
So, I had to DONATE my junior chicken burger to the GREAT BURGER KING.
All of this — the confusion, lack of accountability, refusal to help, and poor communication — happened over a single Junior Chicken Burger for my 4-year-old son.
This experience has completely changed how I feel about Burger King. A loyal customer should never be treated this way. Shame on Burger King for such a lack of empathy, professionalism, and basic customer service.

I've been a regular at this location for over a year now, I go once a week for lunch, as I work close to this location. I know a few of the day shift staff by name. Usually I'm greeted with pleasant smiles and fresh food, I can't help but notice the decline in the last month or so. Seems under the new management they are understaffed which is reflecting in the customer service and quality of food and wait times. I usually go through drive thru, a few Wednesdays ago I went inside around dinner time after work because the line for drive thru was just too long, I was absolutely appalled when I witnessed whom I'd assume was a manager named Tina screaming at her staff about shortage of tomatoes or something, at this point I had already been waiting almost 10 minutes just for my order to be taken in a packed dinning room and ended up walking out. I truly felt sorry for the staff. Do better burger King management, honestly.

Misleading.... Hours show open 24 hours, but this is only for drive through.
Edit: They updated hours on google maps, which is the reason for the five stars. Not to mention I like the breakfast here way better than McDonalds.

I never leave reviews, but this Burger King was so bad I had to make an account just to warn people. The whole point of fast food is quick service instead, this was painfully slow. I went on a Wednesday afternoon, and they were completely short-staffed. I waited an unreasonable amount of time just to place my order, even longer to actually get it, and the staff looked like they were drowning with no help from management. If you can’t run a fast food restaurant properly, maybe don’t open the doors. This was easily one of the worst “fast food” experiences I’ve ever had, and I will never be back again.

Visit was good however, there was a mistake with my sandwich. I opened the sandwich at the table and seen mayo which I didn't want. I took it back to the counter, they made a new one BUT the sandwich I already had my hands on was re-wrapped and put back on the warmer to give another customer! Absolutely unacceptable you don't know where my hands have been. I feel bad for the person who gets that sandwich. Do better!!
Gabriel is amazing with customer service, he is extremely patient and always repeats orders before purchasing 10/10 keep it up! Food is served fresh and fast, BEST Burger King I have been too!
