Visit was good however, there was a mistake with my sandwich. I opened the sandwich at the table and seen mayo which I didn't want. I took it back to the counter, they made a new one BUT the sandwich I already had my hands on was re-wrapped and put back on the warmer to give another customer! Absolutely unacceptable you don't know where my hands have been. I feel bad for the person who gets that sandwich. Do better!!

My whopper was actually hot!!! I just wish they would shred the lettuce like before. All fast food and grocery stores in many places around ontario do need to take action and make sure customer service is a priority to provide and number 1 asset of all employees.

I always have a great experience at burger king, my favourite food item is the French toast sticks and the whopper is a close second. I prefer this fast food chain over others. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

The restaurant itself was spotless. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, with tables wiped down and floors free of any mess. It gave off a comfortable, welcoming vibe that made the whole visit even better.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff was friendly, fast, and went out of their way to make sure everything was right. They greeted everyone with a smile and were happy to help with anything.
Overall, it was an awesome experience from start to finish. Great food, a clean environment, and top-notch service—Burger King really nailed it.

Maybe one time I got a warm properly dressed and assorted whopper. Most when I open them are a disaster. And there suppose to close at 4am but it’s always early when I try to get there after work.

Ordered 2 Spicy Crispy Chicken burgers and got it for 15$ after tax. Good and fast service everything on point. The burgers tasted amazing. Highly recommended. Best part is they’re open till late in the night (till 4am). Went into the drive through late in the night and it was awesome.

Walked in on a Tuesday evening at 6pm. The place was empty. My burgers were ice cold. Hot food must be kept at 165 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent food borne illnesses. How do they pass their health inspections? No wonder the place was empty at prime dinner hour.
