So you see me waiting in your store for 10 minutes… I get it stuff happens, but you’re telling me to wait another minute as you grab the flow of drive thru customers before helping myself who was trying to dine in. The usual manager was there and he’s usually pretty cool but whoever the new girl was working on march 14th had awful customer service. Go to Wendy’s just down the road where they won’t serve you Luke warm food and make you wait 15 minutes before placing your order. Worst bk location by far

Was told to park my big truck in the parking lot to wait for my food and there was no one behind me in line. I asked why and I was told the manager needs to cut down on window time. I’m sorry, but this is super silly for me to spin my truck around and get in a parking spot to save a few seconds. With no one being behind me what is the point this is an inconvenience to the customer and Frankly, really dumb.

Burger King is good in General, however this location doesnt take any pride in there restaurant. Burgers are always cold usually made wrong and basically just slopped together with no care.

Waited 7 minutes for my order of 12 mozzarella sticks. Come to find out, once I finally am able to leave and sit down to eat my mozzarella sticks, I only find 8…. When I paid for 12, the receipt says 12, I waited a long time. I only got 8. I will not be returning unfortunately because I believe I lost about 15 braincells during this insane interaction. Thanks for nothing.
I arrived about 2:30 PM on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch. The restaurant was nearly empty but was spotless. I ordered a basic Whopper combo - no changes - and I do have to say that the burger meat was fine, the fries were great - but the whole Whopper was a disaster: way too large a leaf of lettuce and far, far too much mayo. When I picked up the burger to eat it (with both hands), everything slid out of the buns to land on the tray. Not impressed. I had to reassemble the burger by hand just to eat it. What a mess. I did speak to the manager and suggested that further coaching of the team member(s) would help a lot.

Just left the dougall location after being ignored for 10 minutes and came to Walker and was acknowledged immediately despite them being very busy! Much better experience than the Dougall store!

Went to Burger King on Walker rd. Ask for an original chicken sandwich combo. And onion rings with lg fries. Didn't get my onion rings and got a small fries. The chicken sandwich was so burnt it would have made you sick. It all went right to the garbage.
