I had an excellent experience at Burger King thanks to Devin! He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive. From the moment I ordered through the drive-thru, Devin greeted me very nicely and made sure my order was accurate and served quickly. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was fresh and exactly how I wanted it. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and Devin truly made my visit enjoyable. Sloppiest looking whopper ever. All the condiments were sliding off the burger. For 14 odd dollars I could have added a few bucks and gone to a restaurant!

Very bad service and system, everytime im coming here for lunch the service are very slow, today i came and taking to long to take an order to think too much talking in one customer!! Come on!!i think she is the manager there i get it they need to assist customer but she can call someone to take others customers order and not let the customer wait until she finish talking!!!! Never i will comeback here anymore,

In my opinion Burger King is superior in Canada compared to the US! This place on Dougall in Windsor, Ontario, was fantastic! The Whopper Jr was fantastic, and the fries were better than those I get at Burger King in the US. The employees were cheerful and friendly. We discussed what I’m doing in Canada, Toys R Us, how much I enjoy visiting the brick and mortar Toys R Us stores in Canada, and other things. I made a new friend in one of the managers. They gave me their number and told me to call them next time I’m in Canada. They want to treat me to dinner. Very kind individuals. Thank you!!!

Do anyone even pay attention to a customer. Do they say hello or one moment will be with you shortly. No! Do they even acknowledge someone standing at the till. No! Don’t even know how they have customers.
The behavior of dealing with me was very bad and the lady at the cashier was very frowning and cold and not friendly.. I will never think of returning to this branch.

Won't adhere to "whopper Wednesday" prices, even when called out on it. A whopper with cheese was 8.50. when I stayed "even on whopper Wednesday?" I get "yup". Then I hear the manager behind her saying "oh right, whopper Wednesday, you have to void the other 2 orders."
