The chicken sandwich is fried black, they told me because the outside temperature is high, so that the oil temperature is high, and they cannot control it. I am not sure, maybe they cook their chicken outdoor. And by the way, it is 80F today.

Five stars for the folks working at Burger King the evening of 5/13. We lost a special silver necklace there due to a broken clasp and had no idea where it was lost. We went back to Burger King today and they had it and returned it to us. Thank you so much! It would have been so easy for any of them to say it was not found there. Thank you for your honesty. (And your burgers are great!)
Soooo slow in drive through today and only a few cars in line, thought it would be relatively fast. Spent almost a half hour stuck in line One car took almost 15 min to say order at speaker, it was ridiculous. I've been here before on a Whopper Wednesday and never experienced this type of slowness before so hopefully was just a one time thing. Wish you had an exit so you don't have to sit there and wait and can go inside to order.

Everytime I've come here I've gotten bad experience. Just left there, not to impressed considering an older lady who had my order was complaining about how much food i had. Highly unprofessional and I'll never be going back. Left my food there as well, can keep it talking to customers like that.

People working there are not very nice, patient. A man tried to serve me earlier but an older lady said it’s ok and asked him to prepare for other stuff, leaving me there for a couple mins. And she turned to me very impatiently. And the drink is not as good as other Burger King. And you cannot get drinks by yourself.

It wasn't until I finished my drink and went to dump the ice cubes out before throwing the cup away, that I noticed there were dead fruit flies in the iced tea. I don't know how many I injusted, if any, but there were 3 left in it when I was done. When I called they apologized and offered a free meal... but they didn't sound surprised. I was told the inspector had been in that morning and had not noticed anything. I will not be returning to this burger King, I do not suggest anyone else orders here either.
