We've visited this place several times in the morning, and the service is usually good, but on three occasions, when served by the same person, she was very rude. She speaks in a way that seems annoyed, and if you ask her something, she responds aggressively or raises her voice.
We want to keep coming because we like the place, but this kind of behavior makes the experience unpleasant.
We hope you can resolve this situation, please.

The chicken sandwich is fried black, they told me because the outside temperature is high, so that the oil temperature is high, and they cannot control it. I am not sure, maybe they cook their chicken outdoor. And by the way, it is 80F today.

Five stars for the folks working at Burger King the evening of 5/13. We lost a special silver necklace there due to a broken clasp and had no idea where it was lost. We went back to Burger King today and they had it and returned it to us. Thank you so much! It would have been so easy for any of them to say it was not found there. Thank you for your honesty. (And your burgers are great!)

Soooo slow in drive through today and only a few cars in line, thought it would be relatively fast. Spent almost a half hour stuck in line One car took almost 15 min to say order at speaker, it was ridiculous. I've been here before on a Whopper Wednesday and never experienced this type of slowness before so hopefully was just a one time thing. Wish you had an exit so you don't have to sit there and wait and can go inside to order.
