The staff is extremely friendly however I feel bad for them because everytime i come there is a bunch of kids who are rowdy and yelling and just being a disturbance to the peace. I've seen workers try to ask them to leave for having outside food but the kids are disrespectful and don't listen. Can't even imagine what the employees go through!

I am a regular here, I've never had a bad experience with the food, however, being kicked out for being cold is actually bs. I came in to sit down and warm my hands, and I WAS ordering on the app to get a discount. But the worker tells me I can't be in there without ordering?? Can't you open your eyes and see im ordering thru the app for a discount??? Honestly, due to this experience I might never come back here again. This is why this burger king is always empty.

I recently visited the Burger King in Tecumseh, and it was a terrible experience. I placed my order (number 16) and then watched as customers with order numbers as high as 27 received their food. This meant at least 11 people were served before me, even though they ordered after I did.
To make matters worse, I waited over an hour for my $30 order. The staff seemed disorganized and were speaking in languages I couldn't understand, which made me feel even more disconnected from the service. Overall, the wait time was unacceptable, and the service was subpar. I will not be returning to this location.

Date- 21 december sunday around 1 am there was a girl with specs 👓 who handed the order to the guy and kept talking for 10 minutes even after handing him the order , she was talking to his friend while my order was getting late, she kept talking burger king please take action on her , Indian thin girl with specs.

Came in for a food run with 8 orders and they were great to accommodate me and were amazing! Great Staff!!
Second time in a row my order was messed up. Tonight I ordered the impossible Whopper combo, the patty was barely cooked, asked for heavy pickle heavy onion and got no onions. Fries are inedible literally soaked in oil, like you take a bite of it and oil squirts out. Not sure if it's under new management or what but, get it together.

Just awful. I pulled up to drive thru - employee was updating her screen asked if I could go inside. Car behind me was able to order. No ice for drinks. Ordered a smartie frosty with extra smarties. It was melted as we got it and you could barley tell the smarties were there. Awful.

Dear Burger King Team,
I recently ordered ice cream from one of your branches, and unfortunately, it was spoiled. The quality and taste were unacceptable, and it was not safe to eat. This was very disappointing, especially from a brand as well-known as Burger King.
I kindly request compensation for this bad experience and assurance that such an issue will not happen again.

Can you believe that Burger King actually gave my children 4 crayons for their happy meal. We're so disappointed with burger king. Not worth going there anymore!
