Went to get a whopper jr around 9 pm and walked in to the cashier sitting on the counter with a leg crossed where food is served next to the register reading a book. Whopper jr was burnt and tasted terrible. Thanks bk but i didnt feel like a king...

Placed an ordered in the mobile app. Got to the window and she told me my total and then got rude and upset when i said i already paid tho. Then mumbed a response said hold on then came back with the food and then basically threw it out the window. If you dont like your job then get a new one easy as that. Be nicer... Was also confused with my whopper because it was wrapped in a impossible whopper wrapper. But it was a regular whopper. Also didn't even give me the right sauce I asked for.....

Won't be going back to this location! (2850 Tecumseh Rd. E.) My simple order of 3 Whoppers was completely incorrect and 1 Whopper was completely inedible!! Raunchy burger and pickles!! 🤮 I was the only customer in line at the drive-thru and they failed to get it right.
It's gotten much better. And I love the spirted young lady (Lenna) that is always so decked out for the holidays! She is so sweet

five stars to the two people who filled my order at 10:45 AM on December 11. They definitely understood the assignment when I ordered a deconstructed burger since I do low-carb!!!!! they actually understood to put all the ingredients separately, thank you so much!!!

I don't know what's up with this location but the quality is always terrible. I went back last thinking I would give them another try, but it was still terrible. First, fries were dead... ice cold. Second, the bun on the chicken sandwich was stale and hard. It definitely did not taste fresh. Third, I asked for extra mayo on whopper because the burger it is usually dry at this location. I got a few bites in and wondered if there was any mayo at all. There was, a pile right in the center. Disgusting. Fourth, I ordered it large size added they were out of large cups and wanted to give me a medium and small instead. Not a single enjoyable item in my meal. I officially give up on this location and you should too
