Absolutely horrible customer service. I am a university student and I went here to eat some lunch. I ordered and got my meal and went to sit down in the dining room. Out of nowhere this lady comes and tells me that students aren’t allowed in the dining room. I was confused and said excuse me? She stated again students aren’t allowed in the dining room. I was confused because I wasn’t doing anything to bother anyone or cause any trouble, I simply had my headphones in and was about to enjoy my food till I got kicked out for doing absolutely nothing. See now I get it that students can cause trouble but you cannot just kick everyone just because they’re a student. If they’re not doing anything bad they have no right to tell me to not sit in the dining room. Also another complaint is that when I ordered my food I had selected “Eat in” but instead they gave me a take away bag because they’re telling me “okay bye now!” Absolutely unacceptable.

Never come here, they are the most useless staff I have ever met. They messed up my food and wrote my name down for a whopper, when I came back, they told me they wrote down nugget and fries, not even in a combo. They have messed up my food so many times I refuse to come here I would rather flush my money down the toilet, than deal with the incompetence.

It's incredible that they don't accept $100 bills. I went to eat with my family and we had to go somewhere else. Bad service, very bad customer service. The woman at the counter was rude and had a bad attitude.
Crispy chicken sandwich double fried almost black in some spots. Disgusting gravy chunky and cold. Unsalted fries tasted like frozen French fries cooked in a oven

I went to this Burger King tecumseh road west . Ordered a whopper combo no salt fries and this is what they served me. A box of crumbs. I wont say box full because it was not. And to top it off I sat at the window and waited forever for them to give me scraps. Also ordered my son a poutine, his fries weren't like this . Shame on them for serving this mess .

Been going to this Burger King for 30 years, and today was by far the worst experience ever. The girl working cash was the most disorganized I've ever seen. Waited 20 minutes while my food sat with skip orders for 10 because the girl was too busy moving on to the next one and stickering everything up like delivery to actually read the receipt and do her job to get orders out. Definitely disappointed to the point if walk in and that girl is serving I'll find an alternative location. It's a shame because the regular, usual staff is fantastic.

I had an awful experience with the French Toast at this place. It was way too oily, over fried, and had a horrible taste, likely due to the use of old oil. The flavor was unpleasant and completely ruined the dish
