Problem with there system, freezing ,when for example:you deposit $20 they take out $30or $40 , after you click the button be careful, I have watch them continually take more then the deposit i made . I called to complain, they will not do anything to stop it . And few times I thought I won large amount ,the system froze .,I experienced this on other casino sites too. I have spent thousands of dollars on this site ,I have closed my account, and if they want my money, they will have to fix there problems first. PS.i am told I am a VIP because I spend lot of money, but this is my thanks.
best place I was there before the corona virus almost daily everything is high end my favorite place for everything

Don’t bring the kids. Hotel lobby and pool access is through the casino. Under age 19 cannot swim or use fitness center.
No WiFi available in my room for a Tuesday - Saturday. Calls to the concierge were met with "it's an ATT issue, here's the number". Isn't this the hotels problem to deal with?
I've never run into a dealer with a spur mood. Makes for good money or at least a good time

Exchange rate is great right now. You get a lot for your gambling dollar. US border guards are like Gestapo tho. Don't know why so nasty

Beats any Detroit casino hands down. Detroit native and I rarely even go to Greektown, MGM, or Motor City.
Don't forget your Total Rewards card! Not only can you save on future trips to this casino, you can also get cheap rooms in Vegas (and other Caesars properties)!
Easily one of the nicest casinos in Canada. Great place for a weekend getaway. Make sure to play casino war - favourite table game by far!
When choosing rooms- Augustus Tower is newer & nicer. Top floors on Forum Tower have jetted tubs & great views. Use Player card when buying anything from food to gift shop to massage. Always use it!
Love the buffet if only for desserts! Room Service pizza is great!
