I ordered my food for pick up . I picked it up as soon as it was “ready” and it was cold. When I went to check out from my hotel the next day I learned they double charged me for my meal. 120$ for breakfast is a little unreasonable. I was unable to check out from the hotel until I walked to the cafe to clear the second charge applied to my account. The guy at cash was very nice but the manager clearly did not care about my time or the fact that they are the ones who messed up the payment because she left me sitting in the cafe for over 45 minutes while I waited for them to fix their mistake. So much for a “fast” check out . I will not be ordering from them again. What an awful experience !!!!

The food was good. It is difficult to validate coming all the way to Windsor for a steak I can get anywhere. There are smaller restaurants that offer a better selection of meat. Service was terrible. Our server (Meron) spent probably a total of 5 minutes with us the whole night. We waited a long time for drinks to be ordered, food to be ordered and when we asked questions about the menu we were rushed with an answer. She spent more time with other tables and we even noticed a member of management telling her to check her other tables (us).

Neros never disapppoints! The view is amazing, the service outstanding and the food always scrumptious. The service is uncomparable and the chairs are the most comfortable you'll ever find! The manner in which the seating is configured allows for a truly intimate dining experience and the tables are well placed! The noise level allows for ease of conversation without excessive noise and music. We are always so impressed with this GEM. We wouldn't change a thing.

The cafe is a great spot to grab a quick bite between gambling and waiting for a show to start at the coliseum. The staff is very friendly. The prices are what they are considering your on site but the breakfast menu has many choices and is a good size when you think about it. Honestly my favorite was their hot dog with the sesame seeded bun. Light and plump all around.

The server was great and decently attentive- the drinks took way longer than expected especially since it wasn't full up The appetizers leave something to be desired and it's a little crazy that an upscale place doesn't have free bread
Food and service was exceptional and server suggested the perfect wine pairing. Worth every penny. Can't wait to go back.

The prime rib was the absolute best! The accompanying lobster tails were so delicious, sweet and tender. Everything was fabulous, and the chocolate cake was out of this world! The service was flawless. Richard, was wonderful in his warm, friendly and professional attention to every detail of our dinner!!!
