I cannot express my appreciation so much to these wonderful ladies and her staff at cakes etc Renee and rosemary are absolutely wonderful They made my wonderful cake for me during my breast cancer and my head surgery it was very touching and very wonderful I just received it and it really broke my heart it touched me in so many different ways they did such a wonderful job they are wonderful all their beautiful cake are absolutely delicious wonderful and fresh I'm so grateful and so thankful I love this place and I love them all 😭❤️👍🚿🙏 Not. Just this cake but...all my other cakes over the years, And the one for my Angel baby bassethound .

After most of the details were discussed i received zero response through email for a whole week after asking a few questions with zero response then all of a sudden they deliver the cake too late (was already gone to windsor picking up another picture cake where the communication was far better). So i have now a useless cake nor did i even pay for it..they seem to ghost customers and just deliver cakes after a week of no response? uhh ok..

The staff is very sweet however, I found food flies trapped in my cupcake order. Not just in one box but in all 4 boxes, multiple flies. Very disappointing and grossed out. The pricing was reasonable til the last quarter of 2022 but it increased from $1.50 to $5 for one cupcake and the cookies were $2.50 and are now $5 each. They will not be getting any future business from me :(*Reapond to Cake Etc,Correction, I paid $300 for the order, not $168. Please check your receipts. It was very generous of me to accept the order for the job you had done (I will post the images) and you only discounted $30 for the sloppy job, furthermore on the late delivery of your cake pops, 8 of them were cracked (I didn’t complaint, paid in full) I have not come across anyone who would open the box and verify if there’s any insect or flies in the food but thanks you for the advice :)
