“We arrived unannounced at the GOAT in LaSalle after a hockey game. As a team, it wasn't a planned post dinner meal, so our numbers were increasing faster than a table could be set up for us. The waitress (I wish I thought to get her name) was professional, relaxed and so very accommodating. She was amazing at welcoming us and never made anyone of our unexpected 18 guests feel like a burden. Way to go Team GOAT! The service was so fantastic and the food was delicious.“

“I'm a creature of habit so I almost always get the same thing, but if it ain't broke don't fix it! Crispy Chicken Salad with beet dressing (because the beet dressing is incredible!)“

“Wish I took a picture of my burger but it was so good I ate it before I could think to do so. I had the peanut butter burger and it was delicious. I’m not really a peanut butter guy, but if it’s on a burger I always order it. This one was great. I had ranch and jalapeño aioli to dip my fries into, the ranch was top notch. The jalapeño aioli could have been a little more flavorful but nonetheless, this place is great and definitely worth checking out.“

“I've been many times before and can honestly say this is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is consistently delicious and the portions are extremely generous. Prices are reasonable! Last night I tried the eggplant with ricotta and spinach and rice pilaf and it was absolutely scrumptious! I brought friends who had never been before and they both thanked me for choosing the restaurant!!! A jewel in Lasalle!!!! Also, our waiter, Samuel was outstanding!

So I have to add to this review. I went again last night and ordered the steak and baked potato. It was $30 and honestly one of the best meals I've ever had. The steak was tender and juicy. The entire meal was delicious!!!“
