Purchased super pizza…..sauce is very spicy…to hot Capri has been my favorite in the past…but this pizza was too spicy…they need to revisit the sauce I’m not the only one that feels this way

We ordered from Capri in Forest Glade for the first time tonight. We were excited to try their specialty pizzas. We went for their California pizza and Night-time pizza. The California pizza was so yummy lots of toppings I'm hooked... The Night-time pizza was so heavy in the box they loaded it right up...we will continue to orfer from Capri going forward. When I picked mlup my pizza I had a smiley happy young woman help me along with offers to carry it to the car. Everyone was happy kind and made sure to say hi...old school customer service at its best...amazing place all around!!!

This family run pizzaeria has excellent pizza. We walked in to order and were greeted warmly, the topping selections were fresh and the crust not too thick. This small spot has great pizza. We will be going back.

There food is usually amazing but they are really struggling with following directions. Also sad part I use to love them but this is probably my forth 70$ pizza in a row thats been ruined. Extra sauce on half and the entire pie is drowned in way to much like three pizzas in a row so my wife wont eat it after spending 70$ on are dinner. I buy at least 1 king a month there and no matter how bad they mess up my pie there max compensation is 5$ off. Even when my mom had a giant wood sliver in her pizza she could of got hurt from. It came directly from there wood pizza board. An all they offered her was 5$ off. A 70$ pie. I usually love this place but I would say the last 5-6 pizzas I am almost disappointed every time. I dont see the same guy in there anymore since before covid. But they use to be real good to customers an always use to make exactly what you ask for. I never ever had to complain now I am complaining on every order. Not to mention there ham tastes terrible now. An they put massive amounts on the pizza. Its like really chunky thick ham an has bones in it you need to say dont drown the pizza with ham. All they have to say when they ruin your pizza is what do you want me to do? Replace the damn pizza 70$ or not. I spend a fortune there even when yous make a bad pie I give you countless second chances an never ever are they like will send a second pizza on us. Your mistakes should cost you not me. I even told them now my wife has no dinner because she dont want extra spicy sauce. What do you want me to do is there only response! You can clearly see thats extra sauce on the entire pizza
