Firstly! Sit here for a few hours and you’ll see the lot that these wonderful ladies deal with! Customers are beyond demanding, entitled, and rude! Yet even during a busy lunch bustle, these ladies always serve welcoming smiles and service! at busy times there can be a bit of a wait, to me it’s worth it- if i wanted fast food i would’ve gone to fast-food. It’s amazing fresh delicious food that just happens
to be vegan! What’s not to love about a place that can offer so many different varieties for those with dietary restrictions…and have the food still taste amazing.(it’s hard these days) My boyfriend has a serious cashew allergy, a nut used very commonly in vegan food, and i a very serious gluten allergy(celiac) and this is one of the few places we feel comfortable eating! (and also one of the only places i can lol!) so super grateful we discovered this place as we have become regulars since! My Bf not even vegan and he still thinks the food
is delicious (to all my vegans w non-vegan friends- you already know how resistant they can be sometimes lol)
Their entire dessert counter is gluten-free which felt like a dream, especially once i started to try more- i lost count of my favourites. it’s so refreshing to finally have gluten-free options- ones that finally don’t taste like concrete powder lol!
I don’t leave reviews, but i’ve been noticing my last few visits how customers have been treating the servers - so i’m here to say:
You’re all amazing! amazing food! amazing service! i’m sorry people seem to be entitled, impatient, and disrespectful. it’s not classy.

Paid for extra everything received regular portion and also warned on my peanut allergy no care was giving thank god I checked before I ate 0/10 never will recommend!!

Will never ever come here again ordered 3 pad thais with extra veg and sauce. Got my order and it was the same size as a normal one. Went back in to explain to them and the cook said she will fix it in a few minutes. Well after 20
Minutes and waste of my whole lunch break I walked out with nothing . Will never return you lost a valuable customer over this. Complete joke. Oh ya get better forks no reason your charging that much money and have forks you can’t even pick up your food with

What a great place! Popped in early in the morning for coffee only--but while we were there we decided to get an apple desert too. It was very fresh & very tasty! Great atmosphere where you feel welcomed & just a nice place to sit, relax, & enjoy! Next time we will definitely go for lunch & enjoy the food (which looked delicious). Well worth a visit!

Hello , I will first start by saying we love you guys , I merely have a suggestion, there were 4 of us for lunch and 2 of us ordered a meal that had Kale , my suggestion is this , I highly recommend massaging your kale , yes u heard me correctly lol See Kale is very hard to chew and digest, if massaged with oil ahead of time it softens the kale , which is a win win situation. Besides it brings out the colour which looks wonderful in a dish ?‍♀️ See ya soon ! ?

Delicious food with lots of vegan and gluten free options. Very relaxed atmosphere and an all around good vibe. Definitely a must try!

Great place! Food is always fresh and delicious! Photos of vegan pancakes, one with maple crème and the other with hazelnut crème. Side of tofu scramble.

Vegetarian options: Have eggs as well.

ATTN: VEGANS ?
My go to when I need a substantial salad with nice fresh ingredients.
Living on the road, it is imperative for me to find delicious food made with fresh whole ingredients to scrub clean my body and help me feel sustained.
Vegan & GF focused both the restaurant and the bakery they have many delicious options for vegans and GF vegans! yummy berry crumble bars, cookies, muffins and cakes. The menu is filled with vegan spinach dip, a nice tofu scramble burrito, wraps and bowls… there are actually so few menu items that have cheese and/or egg in them, I’m a little surprised they don’t just get rid of that last little bit of dairy and eggs and become a fully vegan spot… maybe one day! ☺️
Service is always 10 out of 10.
A plus is the little patio out front, on a nice day and when traffic is slow it is a lovely spot.
Thank you carrots and dates crew for feeding me giant a$$ salads in these days and for taking such good care of me!
