ordered from the Dougall location (usually order from the Ouellette location-there amazing btw) and my order was supposed to be 45-60 min. it was an hr & a half. they called mid way thru to get my address again and said it would be another 45 min... food got here, was cold, bland and under cooked.

Called to ask what was the deal as I saw a sign outside of the restaurant called to place a order she told me she had to call her boss to verify
Not even 10 minutes later I call back to place an order and she told me they are closed!
It is 8PM business hours say 10 extremely unprofessional

Does not update their hours on Google for the holiday, but then does not honour the posted sign that says when they’re open. We showed up, found out from just the printed sign that they weren’t open for another 3 hours, and then came back after they were supposed to be open and nobody was there at all.

Never answer their phone. Open signs on but dark inside and doors locked. Very inconsistent. When you're that close to better pizza places like Capri and Arcata maybe do the bare minimum and answer the phone

Ordered from Dougall location Feb 2024. Charged $25.50 for a large Caesar salad, website said $12. No garlic on the cheese balls, just a big dough ball with cheese inside, bland. Pizza wasn't great. Never coming back

What a scam! I ordered a pizza asked for total and was given total of 29$ and change . Some dude shows up at my door demanding an extra 7.50$ for his delivery fee. I had a 10$ bill for his tip, but the rude demanding man who spoke very little English was flipping out about his fee i couldnt even explain I had a tip for his fee but cash not to add it on my card. Separate! I told him just take it back! Never again! I'll pay another pizza place cuz that man is not able to understand!!
