Pizza was awesome! Experience getting the pizza was not! We waited an hour and a half, we were charged more then our bill and he forgot our pops. Called and spoke to the owner, she was absolutely amazing! They use a delivery service, they don't do it themselves. She took care of it quickly and he came back with pops, but unfortunately still gave us the wrong amount back that we were owed. I feel like they would be an amazing place if they went back to delivering themselves...
I've found the past year or so the pizza quality has gone down. I'm not sure if it's just a change in staff or what the issue is. But I find the pizza on the dry side now, it never used to be. I even ask for extra sauce on the pizza and I'd hate to see what it's like with the normal amount of sauce. I also find they used to butter wipe the pizza crust and the cheese balls more. Again I just find when I used to get cheese balls you'd open the container...
This Cheese Wheelz has been on our takeout circuit for some time and we are never disappointed, the pizzas are consistently good. Their baked chicken wings are awesome too! I love how this place seems like it's in a small town, the people are always kind.. great local chain
