We had the pleasure of having Chef Don cater our wedding this past weekend at Sprucewood Winery. Chef Don is absolutely incredible and made everything so seamless for us. The food was absolutely incredible, every single guest was blown away. From the appetizers to the late night snacks it was fantastic and made our dream wedding day everything we could have asked for!

The salads are fresh and delicious...the strawberry vinaigrette dressing is out of this world..best I've ever had. The balsamic dressing is delicious too. The seared salmon was delicious...moist and very tasty. Potato/Spinach soup was scrumptious! I have more soup in the freezer...looking forward to trying them.
