Vada Pav is a popular spicy fast food dish native to the Indian state of Maharashtra and originated in the city of Mumbai. It consists of a vada (potato fritter) used as a patty between pav (unsweetened buns). It is one of the most famous dishes and is found everywhere, from railway platforms to restaurants. And since then, there have been abundant variations of these roadside burgers.
Classic Veggie Burger
Inspired by some American fast food, this is our take on a vegetarian burger! Our signature vegetable patty with slices of onions and tomato is served between pav spread with our chef's special vegan mayo with Amul cheese slice.

This spicy snack originated from the Kutch Region of Gujarat. A slightly different version of the Vada Pav where the potato mix is sweet and spicy and is pressed between the pav. Potato mix, peanuts, onions, sev (fried gram flour vermicelli) served between a pav spread with fruit chutney and garlic chutney.

I recently visited Chilli Bliss after hearing a lot of hype about their unlimited panipuri, so I really wanted to try it for myself. They offer three different types of pani, which sounded promising, but personally the panipuri didn’t meet my expectations. The flavours felt a bit basic, and overall it just wasn’t as enjoyable as I hoped it would be.

Nice and authentic taste of indian street food. All the items I tried are very good in taste and with good quality + quantity. They have good elaborate menu with all item freshly made. Service is good, bit slow but I guess it is due to freshly made food. Consistent in taste and portion size. Good sweet selection. Indo-Chinese items are too spicy(not complaining). The garlic bread was super tasty — crispy on the outside, soft inside, and loaded with buttery garlic flavor. It had just the right amount of seasoning and melted cheese on top. A perfect appetizer to start the meal!
